Our family has been renting this property for the last seven years every summer. We've also stayed there in February. All you have to do is bring your clothes, toiletries and food. Everything else is provided. (Beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, sheets, utensils, bar-b-cue, 2 TV's, VCR's, books, etc.) It's clean comfy, and all the comforts of home. The view from the patio is breath-taking, The owners are accommodating and wonderful. Great restaurants (The Village, The Vine, Tratatorri's, Bitching Burgers, Sonny's pizza, etc.). BEST DEAL IN TOWN!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

This condo was a very nice and relaxing place to stay and was only a very short walk down to the beach and walking path. It was also very quiet! The outdoor barbeque area was very nice and you could see the ocean while you're dining outside. The living room was very comfortable for a group to watch tv or play a game. We look forward to our next stay and "get away" there! The owners were super helpful with any questions that we had as well! We will be back............. Linda and family
