This apartment is available for 30 days or longer and it is not a vacation rental. The apartment is available monthly, and long term for those who are relocating, or need long term housing for any purpose other than vacation purposes. Please note the city of Santa Monica prohibits the use of this apartment for short term vacation purposes or if you already have full time housing somewhere else.
If you intend to vacation in the City of Santa Monica, you are encouraged to stay at a Hotel or make other arrangements.
The City of Santa Monica will send a code compliance inspector to inspect the apartment to inquire and verify as to the purpose of your stay.
This apartment is a spacious warm and cozy Studio in the desirable North of Wilshire of Santa Monica with nine foot exposed beam ceilings, fully equipped kitchen, stove, dishwasher, microwave, with full bath. Hardwood floors, large closet, lots of storage space, on-site laundry, and free street parking. TV, Dish satellite, Wireless/Wire DSL, DVD.
Walking distance to groceries (Von's, Whole Foods,) clothing shops, restaurants and ten minutes from the Santa Monica beach, Santa Monica Pier, 3rd street Promenade, and hip Main Street with Urth Cafe, Main street Sunday farmers market, cool Cafes and unique shops.
Short drive to Venice beach, Westwood, UCLA, Rodeo Drive, Beverly Hills, Getty Museum, Los Angeles County Museum of Art, Sunset strip, Hollywood, and the Malibu coastline.
