The main house has four bedrooms, two baths, large family room with wide screen TV, gourmet kitchen and office with high-speed internet. The carriage house has one bedroom, one bath, fully equipped kitchen, living area and deck with Gulf view.
The two-car garage and extra parking can accommodate up to nine vehicles.
