This upscale beach house is the perfect location for beach gatherings, weddings, reunions or your next family getaway. Relax in the Gulf front heated pool or hot tub while enjoying the spectacular views. The large covered pool deck is perfect for family cookouts or formal catered affairs.
This tropically landscaped beach house can easily accommodate up to 12 guests. The main house has four bedrooms, two baths, large family room with wide screen TV, gourmet kitchen and office with high-speed internet. The carriage house has one bedroom, one bath, fully equipped kitchen, living area and deck with Gulf view.
The two-car garage and extra parking can accommodate up to nine vehicles.

My husband and I have stayed in the Redington Shores area multiple times before, this was by far the best house, you cant beat the location, the backyard was amazing so relaxing. I brought our small dog the fenced in backyard was great for him. My inlaws stayed in the "apartment" above the garage they were very happy there. I would definetly stay there again year after year.

I loved this house. It worked great for my family, we like to sun, swim, walk the beach and play games. This was perfect for that very spacious. We could all sit in the great room and at the table. The pictures they sent us describing the place looked exactly like the real thing. It was just what I wanted and I was very picky about certain things. I have already recommended it to friends and would definatly go and stay again.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, pet owners, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
