You won't even mind preparing dinner when you can look out at the Spruce trees and the ski run. You can even enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains in the bedroom. There is another bedroom upstairs, plus another Master Suite, and one more bedroom downstairs. Ski in Ski Out 4 BR + Loft Ski Run Out Back Door Mnt. Views
Year Purchased: 2007
Why the Owner Chose Four O'Clock Subdivision
We chose the Four O'clock Subdivision to purchase our home in because we wanted a true ski in ski out location for our home. We feel very fortunate to have one of the few outstanding locations being slopeside. Our unit is right on the ski run, with a magnificent view of the Imperial Bowl. Each morning I have my coffee and watch the sun rise over the view of the mountains, and sometimes catch a peek at our resident moose, and the fox that scurry up the ski run. That really starts my day off with a charge. Due to the fact that I always run late, it is a pleasure to be able to come down the elevator, slip my skis on, and still beat my friends to the base of Peak 8!
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
My Mom always said, location, location, location! You cannot get better than being right on the ski run, in a top floor unit with vaulted ceilings. The furnishings are extraordinary. Comfort and luxury are combined to create a true "mountain" experience. The beds, and sleeper sofas are very comfortable, with linens that are laundered, and ironed to create a feeling of freshness. Fluffy white towels too. Two flat screen TV's, 42" in the living room, and 32" in one of the two Master Suites. Indoor, and outdoor hot tubs, and an indoor pool also add to the vacation experience. Structural changes make this unit unique to the development.
Owner's Map of Four O'Clock Subdivision
I am an Interior Designer and love to create an abiance of the mountains in my properties so people can really enjoy their stay. I enjoy picking out all of the special accents that make a home so special. I want guests to feel like they are staying at a friends house, not a rental.
