Beautifully decorated villa located in Palmetto Dunes Plantation on Hilton Head Island. Our Villa was renovated and updated in July 2005. We overlook the 10th fairway of the George Fazio Golf Course. Other Palmetto Dunes golf courses include Robert Trent Jones and Arthur Hills plus dozens of courses both on and off the island. We are members of the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center and each rental includes one hour of complimentary tennis each day. The Tennis Center boasts 25 courts including clay and eight lighted courts for night play. Our Villa is also located directly across the street from the Turnberry Village private swimming pool and children's playground.
Our Villa comfortably sleeps six to eight. The first level master bedroom has a king-size bed and a bathroom located right outside the bedroom door. The upstairs master bedroom contains two queen-size beds with a private bathroom and walk-in closet. The living room has a queen-sized sleeper sofa. There are televisions in each room with a VCR/DVD in the living room, and VCR's in the other bedrooms. The dining room table seats six with two other chairs that can be added. The kitchen boasts granite countertops and all new appliances. The deck off the living room contains outdoor furniture and overlooks the 10th fairway. A locking outdoor storage area is is attached for your golf clubs, bicycles, and beach supplies. Pets must be pre-approved with a damage deposit. Our Villa is a non-smoking.
Palmetto Dunes Plantation is located in the middle of HHI where guests can enjoy outlet shopping, fine dining, entertainment, site-seeing tours, and deep sea fishing. HHI is only 28 miles from Savannah where you can enjoy site seeing tours including Juilette Lowe's house (Founder of Girl Scouts), stroll the Riverwalk, or eat at Paula Dean's restaurant. HHI has a semi-tropical climate and is perfect for year-round vacations. NEW! HIGH SPEED SECURED WIRELESS INTERNET CONNECTION AVAILABLE FREE OF CHARGE.
We also have available to rent a beautiful villa located at 7808 Centre Court. The villa has two bedrooms with 2 Queen Beds in each room and two bathrooms. This unit was renovated during November 2007 and is available for Spring and Summer rentals. Pictures can be emailed upon request. The same price list applies.
