King-size beds in the Master and second Master Bedroom, plus bunk beds in the bunk room and second Master Bedroom, with extremely comfortable mattresses and 700 count cotton sheets and elegant comforters. Spacious, three-bedroom, corner-unit sleeps up to eight in total comfort (and nobody sleeps in hallway bunk beds or on sleeper sofas).
Flat panel LCD TV in the Master Bedroom, flat-screen TV's in the living room and second Master Bedroom, with cable TV and DVD players throughout means you won't experience any multimedia withdrawal unless you want to. Borders on State Park land with more miles of hiking and off-road biking trails. Skip down the observation tower stairs and step across to the beach. Cassine Station is walking distance to most of Seagrove's restaurants, and a short bike ride to Seaside, Watercolor and all 30-A has to offer.
Cassine also comes with 2 adult bikes, beach cart, tennis rackets, beach umbrellas/chairs and sand toys.

The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
The grounds at Cassine are beautiful. There are nature trails that connect to the state park. At sunset, you can see deer in the park. There is a small lake the girls love to catch frogs and tadpoles. The development is over 20 years old, so the landscaping is mature. There are Kumquat Trees where they pick fruit to eat. There is no traffic in Cassine, so they can wander and explore safely. We love Cassine.
Great place to shop, see free concerts and eat at great restaurants. The movie "The Truman Show" was filmed here.
The small lake has frogs to catch, and old Cyprus Trees to see. The Nature trails are beautiful.
Huge State Park connected to Cassine that has bike paths, trails, and many deer. You won't see anyone back here - it is very secluded.
The 18 mile bike path continues all along 30-A. Park the car and bike to all the great places on 30-A.

My husband and I grew up in the midwest and never had the opportunity to enjoy the ocean. When we moved to Atlanta, that made us close enough to visit the gulf often. Soon we had to have our own place so our children could experience the wonders of the beach often. We love Cassine.
