This condo has all the comforts of home. We loved being so close to the beach since we had my parents, my uncle and our 5 and 8 year old kids with us. The condo was spacious for the seven of us in that we didn't feel like we were running into each other. The walk was easy for all plus the beach cart, chairs, umbrellas and beach toys made the day at the beach enjoyable and very easy in getting there and back. The bikes were a fabulous addition and enjoyed by all adults. We loved having 3 TV's and kids DVD's & CD's on hand. All aspects were thought of regarding kids. The washer & dryer were a great addition especially with kids:) If you enjoy seafood there are many restaurants and grocery store accessible by a 5 minute car ride. We visited Goatfeather's across the street mnay times to have fresh seafood in the condo. The condo owner is a pleasure to work with as she is very professional and prompt in every aspect to ensure you have a wonderful vacation. We will be back next year..... I see why this condo books so fast!!!

I just had the privilege of spending a few nights in this beautiful condo. It is like a well-designed home at the beach- not a rental condo. Seriously, the owner is a deginer and she leaves nothing for you to need or want. You truly will not need anything for your get away, except a towel and a bathing suit. There are beach supplies/toys/chairs/umbrellas, and a cart in which to carry it all on the short walk to the pristine beach. The water is crystal clear, for miles! There are tennis rackets and balls for the tennis courts in Cassine. The decor is professional and inviting. I relaxed more than I ever have on a vacation. The decks are huge and so well- equipped. I fell asleep while reading on the couch. It was so comfortable and the breeze was just right. There are also several nature trails to explore on a bike, or on foot. I am a runner, so I truly enjoyed the flat trail that goes on for miles, right outside the front door. If you want to forget all your worries and enjoy a place of beauty and solitude, Cassine # 404 is the perfect place for you! P.S. I forgot to mention that the location of this getaway is ideal- I never had to move my car in 4 days. You are close to everything! The owner supplies two brand new bikes, and they are very comfprtable. It is only two miles to Publix!

We had a great time at Cassine. It was very clean, comfortable, convient, and perfect for adults, children, and grandchildren!! The beds were comfortable! This condo had games, toys, beach chairs, umbrella, and even a cart to haul everything to the beach! There were some excellent restauraunts within walking distance too! This condo owner was great to work with and she thought of everything to make your trip perfect!

Our family just returned from a wonderful vacation at Seagrove, and enjoyed, immensely, this condo. It was exactly as described, and we lacked for nothing. The kitchen was well stocked, and there were personal touches throughout the condo that are rarely seen in rental properties. We were closer to the beach than we have been in other areas where we had a beachfront condo. It was just a very short walk across the road and once you get to the beach access, you are within steps to the water's edge. We did have some rain, but as a weather enthusiast, I loved it. The bikes were a nice touch and we rode to Seaside and beyond almost every day. The tennis rackets and balls provided were put to good use, and the court is well maintained. The pool is just across the parking lot and can be seen from the deck. The owner is THE BEST to work with, and I would certainly recommend her to anyone wanting to vacation in Seagrove. In fact, I already have.

We absolutely loved our family vacation at this condo! It is very spacious and all the furnishings are top notch. The owner is very thoughtful and has anticipated almost anything you would need or want. The kitchen is wonderfully equipped and has granite countertops and great appliances. We enjoyed 3 large screen TVs and comfortable furniture. All the matresses were comfortable and the bedding was of superior quality. We appreciated the bikes, sand toys and beach chairs. The grill on the balcony worked great. The grounds are very well maintained and we loved the pools and nature area with a small lake. The beach is just across the road which is a short walking distance and it was gorgeous! Our boys enjoyed catching toads and crabs. Seaside is just down the road and easy to bike to. The only problem we had with the condo was that no one in our family wanted to leave when our week was up. We would highly recommend this property.

We came during Spring Break - April 3-10, 2010 and this is one of the best priced and equipped condos in one of the best locations in S. Walton. Our family, including 2 young boys, stayed literally across 30A from the beach and had great access and views. One of the challenges we have when traveling with young ones is bringing the conveniences of home - but they were all here when we arrived; toys, DVDs, beach toys, bunk beds - simply everything we would have needed was here, including a step stool so our 4 yo can reach the sink! Very well furnished and tastefully decorated...comfortable private patio with BBQ grills. Parking plentiful and elevator access very convenient. Quiet, modern building with access to delis, beach stores, restaurants...all within minutes walking distance. Everything was great, but being outside the bustle of Seaside yet minutes away so we could easily ride bikes (which 2 adult bikes were here) or a quick drive was most appreciated. We had a quick drive to Sandestin to visit their shopping outlets and were glad we didn't stay there...chaos! Definitely a gem! Bonnie should be a proud owner and it shows as her unit is well cared for and her guests are all very pleased and treat her unit with respect. Thanks! Can't wait to return!

Dear Bonnie:We had a wonderful time in your beautiful Cassine condo. Everything was perfect, the location, beach access, beautiful appointments in the unit, and lots of space. We all worked at cooking our Thanksgiving dinner and found every possible piece of cookware, dishes, tools, etc. to do the job.Over the years we have rented vacation places for our family in lots of great places from Hawaii to Tasmania, and without doubt your place on the gorgeous Florida coast ranks at the very top. Thanks, again, and we look forward to another Cassine visit.

We spent two weeks at Cassine and it was GREAT! This unit was immaculate when we checked in and all the extra's (beach stuff, bikes, movies, books, stocked kitchen) are fantastic. We loved the location and the top floor was empty other than us....very quiet. The neighborhood behind Cassine is great for walks and bike-rides and the pools are well maintained. Bonnie is an owner who obviously takes great pride in her homes. This was our first time to the beaches of 30-A, after having stayed in Destin every year. We loved Seagrove Beach and can't wait to return.

We rented the Cassine Station condo from 3/28/09 - 4/4/09 and were so happy with our accomodations and the location. We wanted to be walking distance from Seaside, very close to the beach, have a pool and very up-to-date accomodations. We got all of this at Bonnie's condo. The condo is very clean, nicely decorated, new, full of amenities, comfortable and felt like home for the week. I traveled with my husband, my Mom, my 11 year old, 18 year old and his girlfriend and we had plenty of room (and loved watching Bonnie's copy of "The Truman Show" [nice touch]). The location is perfect. Only 1.5 miles from the center of Seaside, not to mention it is right accross from the beach and on a state park with trails, plus has two pools, tennis court, picnic area, etc. We hiked several times, went biking well passed Seaside (loved having the bikes), of course went to the beach (thank you for all the beach things, great chairs, umbrella, cart, toys, etc.), enjoyed the pools and love taking stolls through Cassine Village. I could go on and on, because we had such a great time and just wanted to stress how much we loved the area and the condo. Thanks again Bonnie.

Bonnie- I just wanted to let you know we had a wonderful stay in your fabulous condo. It was definitely the nicest I have rented through VRBO. Everything was as promised, except for a couple of bad days of weather:) All the little extras you supply are such a nice touch. I will be sure to recommend your unit to any one I know heading to Seagrove. Thanks for sharing such a lovely place.

What a wonderful time three families enjoyed at this lovely, spacious beach lodging at the start of this new year. The decor is completely professional and all the touches are warm and personal. Bonnie is a superb owner and made sure that we had everything we needed, and more. It was rainy for a few days of our stay, and yet we all had a marvelous time in such a nice place. I will always remember my stay here as I had to run 22 miles in the cold, and pounding rain. I was training for a marathon in February, and I had to go that distance on the rainiest, windiest day of our stay. I had a ball- I had a bike trail, beautiful scenery- just a lot of water!! After the run, a visit to the pool with my friends made the experience memorable and fun. We will be back!

Super comfortable and huge! Short walk to the beach with access right there. 1080i lcd TV in the master, flat screen and stereo in the den. Perfect for 2 couples with kids. The bikes were a nice touch for a short ride to Bud and Allies. Bonnie was exceptionally nice and easy to reach for reserving the condo. Will definitely come again!

This is the second time I've stayed in this condo and the third time in the Cassine Station building. You cannot beat this location! Bonnie's condo is fast becoming our "home away from home." The new bikes are a great touch, although we did not get to use them on this trip. I really like the updates to the pool area -- very nice stone and patio furniture. For anyone looking for a large condo with excellent amenities close to the beach, this is the place for you.

Cassine Station is a fabulous place to stay. Wonderful gulf view...didn't mind a bit not being directly on the beach. Short walk to the beach made easier with the beach cart. The accommodations are stellar. Roomy living room and seating for 6 at the dining room table (plus 4 bar stools). Kitchen well furnished for "beachy" as well as gourmet cooking. Pool clean with restrooms/change rooms (pool visible from the condo). Tennis courts and "nature trail" great. Beds VERY comfortable. Bathrooms large. Excellent condo for two couples with two kids each, OR for couples. We had a grandma, three 50 somethings, and 4 20 somethings, and had plenty of room. Activities for the kids (including outlet covers to keep kids fingers safe!)....reading material....DVDs....Excellent dining and shopping a short walk or bike ride away...One of the best places we've stayed over the past 15 years...

My family and I stayed at Cassine when we were down for my son's beach wedding. The condo was fantastic. There was plenty of room for us not to mention it was immacualate. It is beautiful and has everything you need. Bonnie has gone above and beyond most condo owners to make her quest feel welcomed. I love the balcony. I would get up early and sit outside with my coffee to watch a beautiful sunrise. We will be back every year if we can. Bonnie is a very sweet person to rent from.

Wow, what can I say. Our family had a very pleasurable stay. The unit was new and the decor was very tasteful. The beds were so comfortable. The access to the beach was very easy, made even easier with the help of the beach cart full of beach toys and an umbrella that was thoughtfully provided by the owner (thanks Bonnie). It was our first time to Casine Gardens/Station complex and we were so pleased with the complex. The pools and the tennis courts were well kept and the lake and nature walk were very calming. The entire experience was a pleasure, we are already trying to figure out when we can book a return trip.
