Lovely townhouse in Madera Vista. Two bedroom, two bath, full kitchen, beautifully decorated and all furniture is new. Leather sofa and chair in living room, entertainment unit with cable TV and DVD player. Warm colors in earth tones blend with the outdoors and southwestern decor invites you to relax and enjoy the wonders of the desert.
Bedrooms both have queen size beds, master bedroom has 20-inch cable TV, walk in closet, and best of all a great view of the mountains. Master bath is roomy, bright, and equipped with grab bars. Shower is wheel chair accessible. Double sinks. All towels and linens are fine quality. Guest bath has tub and shower combo, pedestal sink.
Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, utensils, pans, coffee maker, toaster,and slow cooker. Everything you need to prepare a meal is provided. Dining area is between the kitchen and living room, there is also a wet bar. Kitchen is bright with sky lights and garden window and has a desk with laptop computer and wireless internet for your convenience.
Living room opens onto the patio where you can relax and enjoy a view of the Santa Ritas while dinner is grilling on the gas barbeque. Patio table and chairs for four so you can invite guests. Comfortable lounge chairs that beg you to lean back and relax. Patio has a covered area and an open area. Common area with trees is right in back of the patio.
Laundry room with washer, dryer, and lots of cabinet space. A one-car garage opens onto the laundry room.
The Madera Vista pool is right around the corner and the house is gvr which for a very small fee gives you access to all amenities. Pools, hot tubs, golf, tennis, shuffleboard, fitness facilities. Classes are available in everything from dance to silversmithing.You'll be close to shopping, dining, and all GVR amenities. Madera Vista is age-restricted, one person must be over 55. No smoking. No pets.

We stayed in this beautiful townhome one month and we will be renting the property for two months next year. The property was everything and more than the listing on VRBO described. The home is PERFECT for one couple but the lay out of the home will definitely accommodate two couples if you wish to share your vacation with friends for a long weekend during your stay!!! The location is close to everything. We enjoyed our private patio every evening grilling out and celebrating with great views of the Santa Rita Mountains. Thank you Joyce for the wonderful fresh lemons you left on our dining room table upon arrival.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+.
