Our home is 3500 square feet & has an 1800 sq ft deck with plenty of room for everyone! This unique home has 3 levels for everyone to have some space. The main level has its own entrance & deck w/ a huge master retreat 1 king bed & 2 sofa beds, 2 closets, & french doors that lead to the lg deck w/views tv & a spa tub. + 1 extra full bath on main level. The kitchen is lg w/ island cooking & views from every direction, a dining area for 10 & a bar that seat 4 & french doors to the deck.The living room has 1 sofabed & 1 reg couch & loveseat & floor to ceiling windows w/ beautifull veiws aga w/ french doors to deck, A stairway that wraps around a 19ft tall gas fireplace, that leads to a loft on the 3rd level w/ spectaular views. It has 2 bunkbeds (D&T) & TV w/ skylights for a star gazing treat on a clear night! The lower level has its own entrance as well as a garage entrance. It has a family room w/ TV 2 bunkbeds (D&T) & a table for 6 + 1 full bath, it has 2 bedrooms 1 w/king bed & sofa bed & TV & 1 w/ 1 queen bed & daybed. The garage is a 2 car tandum for the other PRIZE possions. We can also help you with your Catering needs from our one of a kind local Meat Market: Butcher Boy Meat Deli & Catering. All booking up to 8 people will receive a $50.00 GC & over 16 people $100.00 GC to use at our market. Ckeck out our meats cut to order,or seafood, & our ready made dishes to help make your vacation a VACATION! We also have a Tanning & Full service hair & nail Salon for your pampering needs! NOTE: 30 days Advance notice on all Catering & Salon services. Bring the whole family or a large group of people who want to stay together. This is a perfect house for a corporate events, weddings, family get togethers, school events ect.. We can easily sleep 2 - 20 people or more! Our home is set upon the top of a hill in Sparks with a 1800 square foot deck overlooking the city and mountains beyond. You will enjoy the views day and night while you relax! Special Rates .. $650/night + 20. pp over 8 $4500/week
$150 cleaning fee for 1 to 8 people $20 fee per person above 8 per stay.
