  My husband and I spent a wonderful week in this modern, well located, and well stocked condo in early May. Everything we needed during the week was included within the condo or within walking distance of the unit. If you'd like to cook most meals, all appliances, large and small, are available in the open kitchen area. Even spices and basic condiments, plenty of pots, pans and skillets are available. If you prefer to eat out, the Queens Marketplace and Kings Marketplace are just a few steps away. "A" Beach is a short walk away, while many other beaches are short drives away. Beach chairs, boogie boards, mats, coolers, and plenty of beach towels are available. The condo complex has two pools and a small gym with a treadmill, stationary bike and weight machine. The wireless Internet worked flawlessly and the television with DVR allowed us to keep up with current events. I would not hesitated to return to this unit. It had everything we needed for a great stay - even lots of sunshine and ocean breezes.

  We stayed for two months in this lovely condo and found it to be absolutely perfect! It was very well equipped and the owners had thought of everything to make their guests feel right at home! We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great vacation spot in the sunshine along the Kohala Coast. Can't wait until return next year! Pete & Jan

  My husband and I recently returned from a wonderful 3 week stay in Don and Cheryl's beautiful condo. It is true, the pictures do not do it justice. The unit is immaculate and the the amenities are far and above what you might expect. We loved having the handy computer and printer, the excellent BBQ right on the patio with a gorgeous view of the golf course, and a recorder on the TV so if you missed a golf match or football game etc, while exploring the Island- no problem. A new outdoor fan and light made outside dining a joy. The unit is very comfortable and well maintained. The owners were very helpful with any questions we had and we would recommend their condo to our friends and family. We hope to return soon.

  We are writing this from our beautiful Waikoloa Beach Villa and have enjoyed every minute of our month stay. This Villa has EVERYTHING needed for a perfect Hawaiian vacation. The top floor unit is very quiet and facilitates the cooling ocean breezes and we are within walking distance to a grocery store, restaurants, and "A" Bay. Perfect location! The kitchen and bathrooms are nicely stocked with soaps and paper products--no need to bring anything from home. Even the laundry soap is provided! All the rooms are very comfortable and furnished beautifully and we have appreciated the use of the computer and printer as well as the free long distance phone calls. We had the opportunity to meet the owners, Cheryl and Don, and they couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. They make certain that the villa is in tip top condition at all times. Now our time here is sadly drawing to a close, but we certainly hope to stay here again on our next Hawaiian vacation.

  This was our first trip to the Big Island and we feel like we “lucked out” with this condo in Waikoloa Beach Villas. The location was perfect for going to the beaches yet not far from Kona and their terrific farmer's market. We loved sleeping with the windows open and the smell of the flowers wafting in. The king size bed and pillows were divine. We were extremely impressed with the unit and would rent it again in a heartbeat. It was clean, spacious, quiet and we loved that the kitchen was well equipped including a coffee grinder, salad spinner and a rice cooker. We ate almost all of our meals “in” and spent those on the lanai visiting and looking out over the golf course. It was beautiful. In addition, this unit changed ownership while in the reservation phase. The transition went smoothly and the new owners were efficient and easy to work with. They called to “check on our stay” within days of us returning home and our deposit check had already been mailed. Thank you for a relaxing and comfortable stay. We loved it! Deanna and David Alaska

  The selfish part of me wants to keep this condo a hidden secret but the aloha spirit keeps me from doing so. This condo is everything that it advertises itself to be, and then some. Jean (the owner) has filled it with all the little (and not so little) touches that make it feel like a comfortable, upscale home, rather than a rental unit. We've been coming to the Big Island annually for the past 4 years and this has been our favorite rental. Additionally, Jean has been one of the most responsible owners we've dealt with. Everything went smoothly and our deposit was in our mailbox by the time we returned from our travels.

  My husband & I have stayed all over the Hawaiian Islands over the last 10 years and this is our favorite condo. This was our second stay in this unit and it was just as fabulous as we remember from last time. Everything is so comfortable and clean! It is well maintained and has the most completely furnished kitchen of any condo I've rented. We mostly "eat in" so having good kitchen tools is essential. It even has a salad spinner, for pete's sake! Very handy for all those tasty salads made with local greens and generously topped with fabulous Maui Onion Dressing! The owner is great and easy to deal with. This unit is highly recommended.

  For anyone looking for "just the right condo" on the Big Island; your search has ended. This villa is in a perfect location; top floor; quiet; looks out onto a beautiful, lush, golf course; situated between your choice of two lovely tropical pools; located across the street from Queens Marketplace, (close enough to easily walk there, but not close enough to hear any bothersome noise); Furnishings in the villa are beautiful, comfortable; and the kitchen has top of the line appliances, (toaster, blender, coffee pot, knives, etc.) Of all of the condos' my husband and I have rented over the years, we have never had a barbecue grill on the lanai. Having a top of the line Viking grill was certainly an added plus! Also,having a keyless front door entry, (coded) is very convenient. The grounds of the resort is beautiful beyond words. Very well maintained and manicured. This is the second time we have rented from Jean, and will certainly continue to do so. My husband and I have been lucky enough to find our little piece of Hawaiian heaven after visiting the island for over 16 years. Mahalo, Jean!

  We would like to thank John and Jean for allowing us to stay at their beautiful condo during our time in Waikaloa. We were pleasantly surprised at the condo when we arrived (the pictures do not do it justice). From the high end furnishing to the beautiful view, we were truly pleased that we chose to stay here. It was very convenient to arrive to a fridge full and everyday condiments that you would need. We also discovered some well needed coffee, & tea which we very much appreciated considering we had a very early flight the day we checked in. We came to Waikaloa for our friends wedding, and we were there with a group of 21. It was a general consensus of the group that we were very well taken care of in our condo, from the furnishings and decor to the general day to day things such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotions, hair dryers, iron, and ironing board, our group could not beleive the things that we were provided considering they did not have these ammenities in their condos. Once again we would like to thank Jean and John for allowing us to stay in their Hawaiian home away from home and we certainly hope that when we come back next year that it is available.
