This is a new home(6/06) built to rise into the surrounding treetops. The 3 story home features a large, ground floor room that serves as a Living/sitting TV area which includes a Full/twin bunk around the
corner with a private adjoining bathroom. Ground floor front porch and side deck which include an outside
private shower, grill and chairs for your lounging enjoyment.
The second floor is the living, dining area plus a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and adjoining 1/2 bath/laundry combination. Just off the living area is a screened porch with swing
to relax with your loved ones. The third floor is the king master suite with private bath. The home is conveniently located close to nearby shops which include a bicycle rental for those bike rides to the beach, shopping or out to have a nice lunch.

When I think of the perfect peacful place to be, it is the beach with the warm sun, breeze and the smell in the air......I always hear the sounds when I think of my paradise.
At The Tree House, the escape is like being at two vacation destinations at one time!
When back at the house, enjoy watching birds and squirrels on the trees just out the windows, enjoy the live music from the nearby bar with bands while relaxing on the swing drink your own special drinks......now worries about night mosquitos on the screened porch

We spent a long Thanksgving weekend at the Tree House. We love to ride bikes so it was great being so close to the bike path. Walking to the beach was less than 5 minutes away. We would love to stay there again!
Recommended for:Pet owners, age 55+, families with young children.

PERFECT!!! I took 2 of my dogs & we had a blast. Very private house, short walk to the beach & shops. I would recommend this location for anyone with pets & kids.

We spent a wonderful week in this house. We have rented before in this area...good price, value, and location. It is very comfortable for a family; new and truly spotless! Many great shops and resturants just out the back gate. Owners very accommodating and easy to deal with. We will return!
