Summerland is a unique, vacation getaway just a few miles from Montecito and Santa Barbara. This nearly new home sits on a hillside and has amazing views of the Pacific Ocean with the Channel Islands and the often seen dolphins. Enjoy the views from a wrap around deck.
Upstairs guest room has private deck. Each bedroom has door to outside. The sunsets must be witnessed to fully appreciate them.
The town of Summerland has antique shops, restaurants, spa/salons, and more, all within short walking distance. This property, only five years old and used minimally, has fireplaces in the living room and master suite. The Santa Barbara Polo Fields are only a few miles down the way. Also, it is only a short walk to the beach and parking. This home sits above a beautiful, ocean-view park; fantastic for playing football, frisbee, or having a party.
The minimum lease term is four months. It comes unfurnished. HSA fees, gardener, water, and trash are included and covered by owners. All other fees paid by tenant.
