This large, 2200 square foot home is perfectly situated in Carillon Beach directly across from the beach and only 15 yards to the dune walk-over. The downstairs master bedroom/bath has a king-size bed, whirlpool tub and separate dual showers. A second spacious master bedroom with queen bed is located upstairs with its own bath and balcony overlooking the backyard garden. The third bedroom has a queen bed and the fourth bedroom has two (2) twin beds. All bedrooms have televisions and open to a porch or balcony.

The kitchen, dining room and living room are all located on the second floor. The large, fully-equipped gourmet kitchen has a center island and granite countertops. The 15 by 30 foot great room (equipped with a 25 inch TV, VCR and stereo disc player) has a vaulted ceiling and opens through three sets of French doors to a 24 by 10 foot veranda with great Gulf views. The veranda has adirondack rocking chairs and glass topped table for outside dining.

This home is furnished in teak and mahogany with four poster beds, luxurious linens and plush wrap-around towels. The dining room table seats eight to 10. This house can comfortably accommodate 10 people with a queen sofa bed in the living room. Coasting On Idyll is perfect for family get-togethers, reunions, weddings, retreats or a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation on the emerald coast in an idyllic location.

Coasting On Idyll is perfectly situated in Carillon Beach. In addition to being across from the beach itself, it is a five (5) minute walk to each of the three community swimming pools as well as the community tennis courts, basketball court and playground. Fine dining, golf and shopping are all a short drive from Carillon Beach. Everything you can possibly want for a wedding, vacation or retreat is at your fingertips. The name of our home says it best: Guests will enjoy an idyllic vacation at the coast. You will literally be "coasting on idyll".
