Come visit the best unit, in the best and most popular condo, Sunrise Beach Resort in Panama City Beach! It is located close to the tourist district with many adventures to discover. Shipwreck Island Waterpark, St. Joe's Pier Park(the newly constructed Mega Shopping complex),Gulf World,and next to Sharky's restaurant and joining the new constructing TOWNE of SEAHAVEN ( Sandestin's new 52 acre old Flordia town which will be "THE" destination point for Panama City beach). You will be able to walk directly across the street to unique shops,restaurants,retro 1950's movie theater and so much more. Great places to take the family, although you don't have to leave the resort to have a great time.
This unit is located on the fifth floor amenity deck which you will find a pool access, private theatre room with 50 inch plasma TV, professional gym, private clubhouse, and a catering kitchen,and the TWO Large POOLS. Floors 1-4 is the parking garage in which you can park directly under your unit.Just park and walk right to your unit door. No elevators to wait on and NO crosswalks to get to and from your car.. From this 5th floor wrap around balcony you can really enjoy the beautiful views of the beach,ocean and magnificent sunsets. The private pool deck features two oversized pools (one of which is heated), two hot tubs, and a huge mushroom fountain for the kids to enjoy! Just walk out your door directly to the pools. No elevators to wait on.Pool deck corridors are locked at 10P.M BEACH CHAIRS/UMBRELLA INCLUDED WITH OUR UNIT. This is a $25-30/day savings.
The three bedroom and three bath condominium is located right at pool level but not in the view of the pool from inside.This units balcony has nothing but beach in front and the pools to the left,so it is a great convenience. The master bedroom consists of a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen, and the third consists of a queen bed and a twin sleeper chair. All king and queens are MEMORYFOAM mattress. Also in the living room is a sofa sleeper, so there is alot of sleeping room!
You won't have to worry about getting an elevator, great views ,park under your unit,one foot taller ceiling than all other floors.That is what makes this unit the Best. We had another wonderful stay at your beautiful condo! Everything was the same as last time, very upscale and plenty of room. We loved that each family had their own bathroom. We had some guests from St. Louis join us and they were amazed at their view from the master bedroom. The condo is well stocked and having a laundry room is a HUGE plus. Thank you so much for helping us get in a little early to drop our luggage off, that helped us tremendously. The only suggestion I can make is that I would have the cleaning ladies mop the floors between changing occupants because we had serious grocery store feet after a few hours LOL! Thanks so much, Derral! We really appreciate your hospitality!!

Derral, thank you so much for a great stay. We had 6 adults and 2 teens in our party there was plenty of room, we just loved the decor it was beautiful and the beds were comfortable. We were so surprised at how extravagant everything was, absolutely gorgeous. The parking was very convenient for my father and he was able to get around with much ease, he really enjoyed the balcony since he was not able to go to the beach. The balcony is big and has a great view, we watched the sunset every night, just beautiful. My husband loved the kitchen so he decided to cook a wonderful Mother's Day meal, he went all out. We really enjoyed our stay. The beach chairs were a added plus! We really had a wonderful stay and hope to return. I hope you arrived home safely to your family after the devasting tornadoes, may God be with you and your surrounding communities.

We were very pleased with this unit. It was beautifully decorated and Derral was so easy to work with and just a phone call away. The weather was fantastic the week we were there and everything was just a short walk or drive away.WE recommend eating at Pineapple Willy's- great food and atmosphere. WE will definitely try to book one of Derral's units in the future.

This was my 3 and 4 year olds first trip to the beach, and what an amazing one it was. The unit was lovely and well appointed. It was very comfortable and felt like home, not a rental unit. I went with my mom and children this trip and left the husband at home, so safety was a consideration for me. I felt very safe and secure as there are only 4 units on the floor and we had great access to the beach, the pool, and parking. Darrel was great to work with and beyond accomodating! I will definately book one of his properties for our next Florida vacation! Thanks again for a beautiful vacation filled with beautiful memories.

Derral, thank you so much for a great stay in a beautiful condo. We had 6 adults and 8 children in our party. We brought a couple of air mattresses for the kids to sleep on, and we fit comfortably. The decor was beautiful. We were so surprised at how extravagant everything was. It was absolutely gorgeous. It is about a mile from Pier Park and a Winn-Dixie (which I recommend instead of trying to brave Walmart during the busy seasons). The hot water seemed endless. No problem with cold showers at all. The parking was very convenient with the stairwell that led directly to our condo door. The balcony is big and has a great view. It doesn't overlook the pools...the pools are to the left. We really enjoyed our stay. The only minor bumps we ran into was that the balcony light didn't work, and the lighting in the master bedroom is very dim with all of the lamps turned on...but really...who is reading a book when they are on vacation! We had trouble getting the internet working, so I sent Derral an email and he called back within 2 minutes, no kidding! Got everything worked out. Also, the beach chairs were already reserved for us...no fighting for chairs! We really had a wonderful stay and plan to return. Thank you so much for a great week!

Unit 511 is beautiful! Comfy beds in all bedrooms as well as furniture in living room. We love having 3 bathrooms too. Great location on the beach. We really enjoyed the west end with the new Mall. West end is new/neat/clean. Parking is great because you can park under you unit and go up a flight of stairs to your unit. No elevator wait! And, you are at pool level which is awesome! We went to the beach mostly, but were glad the pool was right there when we wanted it. Free beach chairs everyday of your stay is a great added convenience. The owner is great to work with and he is very accomadating. Wants you to be happy. Check in was easy and they too are very helpful. If you are looking for an updated condo with upscale decorating in a great location, this is it!

The condo was fantastic. The decor is gorgeous, the beds were all amazingly comfortable with the memory foam mattresses, and the kitchen was appointed with everything you could possibly need for gourmet cooking. Very, very convenient to parking and pool. The beach chairs for this unit are the first in the line so you are not "wedged" between anyone else. The beach was not crowded and we were there the first week of April during spring break! Convenient to a good grocery, retail, and just a short beach walk away from a fun restaurant on the water called Sharky's. Mr. Dobbs was a joy to work with and very responsive. We had 2 adults and 2 children (ages 10,7) and we all loved this place. Please feel free to e-mail if you want other info. about our experience.

Derral, As you know my husband and i started looking for a place last year to celebrate the fact that we both turned 50 this year and our 25th wedding anniversary. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. The condo was absolutely perfect with the beautiful decore and location. The weather was great also.
