We bought our “retirement” home in 2006, planning for that time when our biggest worry would be our tee time or court time. As that is looking to be a few years away, we would like to invite you to come to Maui and share our Lani Iki, which is Hawaiian for "little heaven".
Our condo has been furnished as a home. It appeals especially to those who have a family and want the comfort of knowing that they will feel welcome in their Hawaiian vacation home. Lani Iki is where you come to relax and enjoy the ocean, the weather, the views, the sports and entertainment opportunities and the ability to have it all or just get away from it all. We supply the setting; you make the memories !

This property is unique in that it is large enough to have special features like a full laundry facility, on-site parking, beautifully maintained pool w/chaise lounges and tables w/chairs, 2 gas BBQ's, and enough friendly neighbors so that you can learn all about the island and the amenities known only to locals. Yet, it is small enough to know that you are in a home and not a commercial complex. There is love in the care of the property by the owners, many of whom are year-round residents.
