Large Comfortable Townhome in the PERFECT LOCATION. View our VIRTUAL TOUR online at Summitvacations and then look for Winterpoint 18. Appropriately we are on Primrose Path. For skiing, it's a short walk to the Snowflake Lift and in the afternoon or if you come down for lunch, an easy walk back from the 4 O'Clock Run. At the end of he day, you can relax in your own private hot tub. We are two blocks from Main Street and just one block above the Riverwalk Performance Center where in the summer you will be blessed by the National Repertory Orchestra and other musical artists and groups. You will be in the CENTER of all the important activities. We are at the end of the building giving you a warm southern exposure. There are three decks from which to enjoy the wonder around you.
Compared to many rental units, we have plenty of room at over 1500 square feet. The kitchen is spacious and has everything you will need. In the separate dining area the table expands to seat 12. For afternoons or evenings you will find books, games, puzzles, videos and CDs. For your pleasure or work there are direct and wireless high speed internet connections. The heated two stall garage has plenty of room to store your playthings. At days end you can count on comfortable beds. Each bed has a pressure distributing mattress pad or topper. Stay a week and get one night free.
