We all have had experiences in travel where the picture and the reality is very different. This villa however lived up to each picture, and each promise that the owner made, regarding transport and home assistance. The layout of the villa is of such a nature that you can have your own quiet time, and the kids can be in there space, and yet we are all together. The rooms were clean, the garden well cared for and the owner accessable without intruding. As this was our fist time, I count us very lucky as it was exactly as expected. My family loved their week stay at this beautiful villa, the garden and pool area is stunning, the bedrooms are very big and the bed I had was very comfortable. The whole villa is very clean. I loved being able to lay by the pool with my family and friends, and not all the strangers you have at a hotel. Sally was very helpful, from helping us book restaurants, to organizing clothes to be washed for us. Being pick up at the airport took all the hassle out of getting to the Villa and Sally was there with a welcome drink which was a nice touch. This villa is in a great location with shopping, restaurants and day spas at the door step. Hi, We stayed in this villa for 2 weeks, It was amazing .... Close to the restaurants, shops and beach and perfect place to grab a taxi. There was a great kitchen for when my family and I wanted to stay in and cook food. A lovely garden for sunbathing :-) The staff were very helpful and friendly. Perfect Holiday in a perfect place... This was our first time in Bali and from the moment we arrived everything was perfect, we were collected from the airport by the villa staff and taken directly to the villa. We were amazed at how quiet and secluded the villa is, as it is located literally right in the centre of the town, making it a pleasure to step out the front door and explore all the great shops and restaurants. The staff were very helpful, and were pleased to help with anything, including babysitting service.
