Welcome to our Maui Condominium at Kamaole Sands. Our TOP "A" rated garden view one bedroom, two bath condo (plus queen sleeper sofa) features all new living & dining room furniture with flat screen TV, new carpet, appliances & a fully equipped kitchen. UNIT ALSO INCLUDES AIR CONDITIONING IN THE LIVING ROOM AND MASTER BEDROOM.
WE PAY THE KAMAOLE SANDS $15 RESORT FEE FOR YOU which entitles you to: Free Maui News morning paper, Free Maui Magazine, Free local calls and more. WIFI INTERNET SERVICE is also available in our unit at NO EXTRA CHARGE so bring your laptop. The unit is fully equipped for your enjoyment with beach chairs, towels and umbrella, cooler and more.
OUR CONDO AND ITS LANAI IS A SMOKE-FREE ZONE. Smoking is allowed at seven designated smoking benches around the periphery of the property.
Kamaole Sands is a lush 15-acre property located in sunny South Kihei. The property has beautifully manicured grounds, four tennis courts, eight barbecues, swimming pool with children's wading pool, and two Jacuzzis. A short two minute walk across the street is one of Maui’s most famous beaches, Kamaole Beach Park III, where you can swim, boogieboard, surf, or enjoy whale watching (seasonal) and enchanting Maui sunsets.
The resort provides onsite services and is within walking distance of nearby beaches, restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. The front desk is open 24 hours and offers complimentary coffee (7am-9am) in the reception area daily. Facilities also include a Cyber-cafe at the main office for guests who wish to leave their computers at home.
Enjoy complimentary weekly Mai Tai parties at the pool. Visit the on-site Expedia Events Center to easily plan and book activities including snorkel trips, sunset cruises, helicopter tours, whale watching, biking Haleakala, and more. Thank you so much Laurie! We LOVED your condo. The move to our next rental went smoothly, but I must admit, we preferred your condo. The location was perfect - so quiet and tucked away and cooler in the shade. Being on the ground floor was perfect with a little one. All of the little extra touches were much appreciated (wine, shampoo, etc) and made your place stand out even more. We were sad to leave and will be inquiring with you for our next visit to Maui :)

Hi Laurie and Glenn, We sure enjoyed Maui and found the accommodations excellent as it was very well furnished with an excellent view of the gardens and centre courtyard and easy access to everything (pool, BBQs, beach, parking, etc) The bottle of wine was a nice appreciated touch when we arrived in the hot afternoon sun. Thanks very much Laurie! We had a super time on our recent first time visit to Maui, which was made even more enjoyable by our stay in your condo that was perfect in every way! Its location made it easy for coming and going from the complex and provided convenient access to the excellent pool and barbeque facilities. Clean, comfortable and well stocked with “essential extras” such as beach chairs and umbrellas, we really couldn’t have asked for anything more. This is our third trip the the islands but the first time we have stayed in one place for 4 weeks. What a wonderful, relaxing time we had. The condo was truly our home away from home. There was everything we needed and the location is great. We loved being so close to the beach and our favorite activity, watching the whales. I am sure we will be back to Maui and your Kamaole Sands condo will be first on our list of where to stay.

We had such a lovely stay here at Kamaole Sands. We loved the grounds, the pool, the quick walk to the beach for the sunsets. We will definitely be back. This unit was perfect for us. Clean, comfy, cool, well stocked kitchen and beach supplies. Loved the ground level for morning and evening stroller walks. Laurie was very professional and a great help. Thanks for a lovely stay:)

This was our first time to Maui. We had heard great things from friends and family and we weren't disappointed. The condo was perfect! It was very comfortable and had everything we could possibly need. The location was awesome-close to the beach and stores. We plan to recommend this place to anyone we know coming and hope to stay here when we return.

Hi Laurie, We had a great time in your condo in Maui! It is very well furnished and very homey. We cooked some, dined out some and relaxed a lot on the lanai! We swam often in the ocean and really only did one sight-seeing thing. We did the Pacific Whale Foundation whale watch that was unbelievable.
