Our townhome is situated right next to Dillon Reservoir with great views of the mountains. The townhome has a modern and large layout and is in excellent condition. The whole unit is on one floor and features two bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, a 30 foot island in the kitchen (great for entertaining), which then opens up to a large family room and balcony overlooking the pond. Get cozy in the winter with a woodburning fireplace and warm blankets.

Their are three private decks where you can catch a glimpse of the majestic mountains and the lagoon. You can also catch the most spectacular view of the fireworks on Fourth of July from the balcony! The kitchen is fully-equipped to provide you an enjoyable cooking experience. You may fish from the pond right outside your back-door. You do not have to worry about lugging all your ski equipment out of your car when you park it in the attached, two-car garage, because it is HEATED!

The Master Suite has a King-size bed, twin bed, full bath, and balcony. The second bedroom has a double and twin bed, and a full bath. There is a separate bath right down the hall. And if you are looking for more sleeping space, the living room also has Full-size sofabed. Please note that: Smoking is NOT allowed. Please call for pet information.
