We stayed at the Marriott Grand Residence Club 12/28/2011 to 1/1/2012 and loved it! Beautiful facilites. NYE fireworks were great viewed from the balcony of the owners lounge. The unit fit our goup of 6 (parents and 4 young adults) very well. Convenient to groceries, shopping, lifts, etc. Don't miss Naked Fish for sushi. We also loved Café Fiore and Evan's American Gourmet Cafe. Evan's American Gourmet CafeEvan's American Gourmet Cafe. Marco was great.

The Owner of this property was exceptionally helpful and responsive and the unit was such a great place to stay. We stayed for a week from 7/08 to 7/15/11 and fully enjoyed our visit. The unit is in great shape and everything appears to be new! The Marriott and the amenties were fantastic and the location can't be beat!! Thank you so much Marco, we would love to come back, if we can fit it in our schedule in the next few years!! The Tahoe weather was beautiful and the stay was great!!! I like the place and my kids love it, swimming pool for all seasons and weather, gym, shopping, excellent service, clean, and a price you cannot beat. We spend in the Marriott almost all our "vacation" time.

This is a wonderful rental in great location. Very spacious, especially when there are 3 full bathrooms (two with large Jacuzzi baths). LCD TVs in each of the three rooms are a plus. The Marriott is right across from a supermarket, and stocking up the kitchen is no problem. Roll out of bed, and you can hit the slopes at Heavenly without even driving or beating the crowds to find parking. Now that's convenience! A block away are the casino if you want to take a chance. Will definitely come back. Many thanks for a great stay!

All the way around, our family couldn't have enjoyed the weekend at the Marriot Grand Residence at Heavenly Village any more than we did. The only way they could improve would be to move the entire resort to the Tahoe lakefront and find a way to warm the water enough to have a pool side bar with free drinks and food.
