$165. Per Night. Rates are subject to 12.42% Hawaii State GE/TA Tax.
Deposit Requirement.. $200. Full prepayment is due 30 nights prior to arrival.
Rate are base on 6 people. Six (6) person max occupancy.
Five (5) Night Minimum. Less than 5 nights add $100 cleaning fee charge.
For Deposit refund (less $50), cancel 30 days or more before arrival date.
For cancellations within 30 days of arrival, payments will be retained.
If the space can be re-rented a pro-rata refund will be issued.

Why the Owner Chose Waiohuli Beach Hale
I bought this unit in 2006, because if it's location, it's a beachfront, oceanview property. It's a two bedroom, two bath corner unit. I've upgraded it with state of the art appliances, granite counter tops in the kitchen and baths, installed a new full size washer and dryer, even though there is a common area on premise to do your laundry. Also, the grounds are well-maintained and there is a solar heated swimming pool. We just love it here.

Owner's Map of Waiohuli Beach Hale
My wife and I came to Hawaii from New York in 2004. We purchase a one bedroom unit at Waiohuli Beach Hale, a short time later my wife was diagnose with lung cancer and past away. Then I sold that unit and purchased a two bedroom, two bath unit at the same complex. I remolded that unit with state of the art upgrades. Later on I met a wonderful woman which till today she is the love of my life. Back in New York I was a clammer. Started clamming when I was just 13 years old and retired in 2004 when we decided to move to Hawaii. My girlfriend and I take care of our rental properties. We also have 6 cats that we adore. They sure have different personalities.
