This cabin is 1700 square feet with a floor to ceiling rock fireplace and hardwood floors. There are two bedrooms with pillow top queen size beds and a queen sleeper sofa in the spacious loft for your comfort. Big Bear Cabin is light and airy with cathedral ceiling and a carport for your convenience. Central heat and air, ceiling fans, and gas logs will keep you comfortable in all seasons. From this comfortable and spacious cabin you can go rafting, kayaking, or fishing on the Nantahala River, pontooning or canoeing on the pristine high country Nantahala Lake. Take a hike on the Appalachian Trail or enjoy a concert or class at the John C. Campbell Folk School. And for leaf watchers, the Joyce Kilmer Wilderness Area is not to be matched. Search for antiques and have lunch in one of the small, quaint mountain communities. When you're tired and home for the day, kick back to watch a great movie on your 37 inch LCD TV or simply relax on the porch with your favorite book.
