A brand new 800 square foot cottage on the beautiful White River in Mountain View Arkansas, with central heat and Air and ceiling fans. The cottage is completely furnished. The bedroom has a queen-size bed and a single size roll-away bed in the closet if needed.
The living room area has a leather sofa and love seat along with cable TV. There is ample parking in the front for boats and vehicles. The back yard is mowed grass and slopes down to the river. There is boat ramp 200 yards from the cottage and a second boat ramp across the river.
Ashtrays will be provided for outside smoking. Please, no smoking inside. Sit and have breakfast as you watch the White River through french doors leading to your private gazebo. The cottage is located three and a half miles from the Qzark Folk Center.
Trout fishing on the White River from the back yard. Fly-fishing on the famous Norfork river is 35 minutes away. The world famous Blanchard Spring caverns is 15 minutes away. Sylamore Bike Trail is ten minutes away and is touted as an "epic" ride by the International Mountain Bike Association.
Hiking in the Qzark National forest. Stroll the Craft and Antique stores in Mountain View. Sit and listen to the free bluegrass and folk music on the square in Mountain View. A beautiful two hour drive to Branson Missouri.
