The heart of the home is the vaulted ceiling great room that overlooks the golf course. Complete with a wood burning fire place to remove any Hill Country chill in the winter months, you will enjoy lovely furnishings and all the comforts of home all on one level.
Should you decide to cook at home, the kitchen is well equipped and there is a barbecue for the outdoor chef. All you need provide is your food and drink! The dining area, a part of the great room, is complete with a dining table ready for six.
The master bedroom has a brand new king-size Sealy Posturepedic bed and stylish furnishings for your comfort. The master bath has a walk in shower with bench and an oval shaped two person jetted tub. The master bedroom has a huge walk-in closet. The second bedroom is equipped with a queen-sized bed. The third bedroom, located just off the great room, serves as a smaller, cozy den or conversation area with television and sound system. This room houses a queen-sized sofa bed and comfortable reclining leather chair. All bedrooms and baths have linens furnished.
The outside of the home is spectacular. The entire back wall of the home is glass and faces the golf course. A lovely stone wall surrounds the patio, accessible from both the great room and the master bedroom, where you can enjoy cool Hill Country evening breezes and watch golfers as they play their last round of the day.
Lake LBJ is a constant level lake so you can enjoy fishing, boating, skiing, wakeboarding and kayaking. Numerous public golf courses are in the area, including Legends on LBJ and Delaware Springs. Marble Falls, Texas is just ten minutes down the road and has everything from Home Depot to antique shops! A scenic 30 minute drive through the Texas Hill Country is historic Fredericksburg, Texas, where time stood still and shopping and festivals abound. Austin, Texas is just 45 minutes from your resort home at Lake LBJ and San Antonio is about one hour and 15 minutes South on Highway 281.
Major Airports are in Austin and San Antonio. The average temperature in the region including Horseshoe Bay, according to NOAA, is around 60 to 70 degrees in the fall and winter months and around 80 to 95 in the spring and summer months; perfect to get away from it all if you live in the cold north!
