We are so glad you liked our home! We try to make a perfect place for our guests (and ourselves) and especially to have it super clean and new. This is our home away from home. We have new sheets and linens every year, Calphlon cookware and repaint every 2 years. My wife likes nice down pillows, so we get new pillows too! We look forward to having guest like you that really appreciate and take care of our home~ Look forward to you staying with us again! Larry & Jean

Hi Larry, We just wanted to thank you for the use of your beautiful condo. We had such a wonderful time! The location is perfect...couldn't be better. I am already looking at the calendar to see when we can go up again. I'm sure you will have a great time up there this weekend, it dumped all day Thursday. At the very least if we can't make it up there again this season, we are hoping that you will have the availability for the first week of January '08. Thanks again :) Brandi & Jake Charmello

Larry, Your place was beautiful. It was fun looking at the photos of the hard work you have put into making it so nice. Those windows make for great natural light and a spectacular view. I wonder if the downstairs units have so much natural light, especially in the master bedroom. You really have a nice touch with your attention to detail to make it enjoyable for your guests. The Plasma T.V., Receiver, DVD setup was perfect. When we were not watching T.V. we had one of the cable music stations on the whole time. It was nice to spend some time with the kids watching a DVD each night before we all went to bed. We also used the fireplace and the wet bar each night. The way the entry is setup with a bench and hooks for jackets, etc. is just perfect. The mattress, linen and that ceiling fan over the master bed made it very comfortable. We had no trouble sleeping, which is always tough when you are not at home. So many other simple, little things made it such a comfortable stay, like all of the throw pillows in the living room, the little bowl on the master dresser for emptying your pockets, all the dishes and pans in the kitchen; heck we even used that cool cork screw you had on the bar. It really saved us some money with the boys by going to Vons and stocking up on food for them. They were so tired each night they did not want to go out anyway. That way we could spend all of our food and dining money on just the two of us. I almost completely forgot about the location! Wow. The day we came into town we drove up to the main lodge once. After that, every time the boys went to the mountain they just walked over and took the gondola. We drove around a few times to check out the other parts of the town, but most of the time we just walked over to the village for a drink or some food. My son has already told us that I need to talk with you about using your place again next year for his vacation. A couple of suggestions (take them with a grain of salt): 1. If you had DSL or Cable Modem there you could set up a wireless network for less than $100. Most people have wireless on their laptops now. I do realize you would have the recurring expense of the broadband, but it would be another nice touch to put in your listing, plus you may even use it while you are up there. (Wifi is avail to tie into from the "Village" or phone line. 2. This did not matter to us, because there were only four of us, but if you put a hide-a-bed in the living room couch you could advertise that it sleeps six. Maybe you do not want parties of that many people in the place. (Larrys comment-"Bingo", 4 is fine-We prefer more peaceful guests.thanks~) As soon as I find out what my son's schedule is for the next school year, I'll get in touch with you to try and reserve our spot for next year. Regards, Mike MacKenzie

In a message dated 1/1/2007 11:12:19 A.M. Pacific Standard Time amcgrath at pmcos com writes: Larry- Happy New Year! Got back yesterday with no trouble. The condo was terrific and we can't wait to return!! We loved the Christmas tree as well as we had to leave ours behind! Unfortunately, we filled the dishwasher with detergent and had it allset to go but realized in Bishop that we had forgotten to turn it on - so sorry for this inconvenience!!!! We really meant to be perfect guests :) Steve never showed up but we just plugged garbage disposal in without a problem. No other issues -everything was terrific. In fact, our 4 1/2 year old asked if we could stay in the same "cottage" every time we go to Mammoth. He loved it and especially loved the chair lift! We will definitely contact you about other dates this season. Thank you so much for everything! Ann and Matthew McGrath
