This 5500 square feet VIP residence boasts 2 large living areas, 2 porches, a large gourmet kitchen with adjacent dining area and a formal dining room.
Walk out on the veranda and sit beneath the paddle fans, or step into the large heated pool and connected hot tub, or read a book in the hammock while you enjoy the flora and fauna. It's about an 8 minute walk to the beach at a casual pace.
The house is situated on a quiet secluded lot with a long circular driveway and surrounded by countless live oaks and pristine palm trees. The FIRST LEVEL enters into a large 35x25 formal living room with fireplace and direct views of the lagoon and covered porch. The spacious first floor master suite has it's own sitting room, large bath and jacuzzi. A second master on the first floor has an attached bedroom/nursery. The remainder of the first floor is comprised of a large formal dining room, kitchen, breakfast nook, and family gathering room with built in 60" large screen tv/dvd/vcr.
The SECOND LEVEL has four additional bedrooms, with 2 kings, and four twins. The second level has a large TV/game room with pool table and walk-out covered porch, which overlooks the pool, lagoon, and hot tub.
You can take a short walk to the beach under the canopy of live oaks, rent bikes and explore the meandering roads, or rent a kayak and follow the lagoon to one of the adjacent 3 nearby championship golf courses.

The house was perfect and accomodated a group of 14 with plenty of room to spare. We had plenty to do with a great location. Rented kayaks,fished and rented bikes all from the Palmetto Dunes Outfitters located at the main gate. The house was very clean and ready for us when we arrived. The owner is easy to work with and the communication on the details was good and timely. We are planning t make this an annual trip to HH and would recommend to anyone to rent this property.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, adventure seekers.

Thanks so much for letting us stay at your beautiful home! The pictures don't do it justice. We loved the kitchen with the granite countertops and open floor plan. Don played pool with the guys upstairs and I lounged in the pool with the kids. We'll definitely be coming back!
