Our 8th floor unit in the luxury tower, Navona, offers fantastic views of the sunsets. Navona is in the Colony, a gated private resort community in Bonita Springs, FL. To the North is Ft. Myers and to the South is Naples.
Newly constructed in 2006, the building abounds with luxurious common areas-a theatre; exquisite lobby and hallways; a gathering room with bar and TV for entertaining your guests; a heated pool and spa and an adjacent cabana area with a big-screen TV,and a serving kitchen. Outdoor grills are also provided for entertaining. Keep in shape with the "state-of-the-art" fitness room.
An elevator will take you to your private vestibule. The Master Bedroom has a king bed, TV, two walk-in closets, bath with soaking tub and shower and sliding door from the mbr to the screened lanai. The Guest Bedroom has a queen bed, TV, shower and sliding door to the lanai. Den; Kitchen has granite counters and breakfast bar; Laundry has a full size washer and dryer.
Decorator furnishings enhance the entire unit, making it beautifully appointed, yet comfortably casual for the utmost relaxation!
Our guests will have the use of the Pelican Landing Association amenities. Among them are canoeing, tennis, and kayaking. A water shuttle transports residents and their guests to Hickory Island, the private beach for residents, where you can enjoy the sun, sand and the Gulf of Mexico. Like to shop? Lots of shopping nearby at Coconut Point, Waterside Shops and the Promenade as well as in Naples and Ft. Myers. Don't forget the many cultural venues and restaurants! Golf is nearby, too.
You will be 20 minutes from the SW International Airport in Ft. Myers.

My wife & I rented this unit for the Month of March 2011. We enjoyed the building and The Colony so much we ended up buying a unit in the same building! It was truly like living in a luxury hotel. I can't say enough about the place. There's a nice pool, workout facility and rooms for social gatherings all right there. As for the unit itself, it was fantastic. It's clean, well appointed and the rooms flow well. The lanai that overlooks the golf course as well as the ocean was great. The sunsets were incredible. The owner of the unit was very easy to deal with and very accomodative. I would have rented for next year if we hadn't bought a place there. We got to the point where it didn't matter if prices fell further as this is where we want to be. Try it, you'll like it!
Recommended for:People with disabilities, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

Beautiful getaway with picturesque views. It was a delight to visit this clean, well-supplied, decorator showplace with all amenities of a luxury resort! Enjoyed dining on the lanai. Easy access to shopping, sightseeing and sunbathing.

This is a spotless, comfortable condo with drop dead sunset views. It is completely equipped and is in a building with its own well-equipped exercise room. We were here Jan-March 2010 and planned to keep it for ourselves but liked the area so much we purchased our own condo. Easy walk to Hyatt and great walking inside the Colony as well as great golf in the area. Coconut Point mall is a short drive with multiplex cinema and Naples/Fort Myers equidistant. 25 minutes to Airport maximum.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

My husband and I rented this unit for several weeks in Jan/February 2008. We have many good things to say about it as do friends and family who visited us there. The setting is ideal with both wild and built-up areas nearby. There are many restaurants and stores within a mile, yet we were able to watch an eagles nest and the activity of the adult birds and their fledglings throughout our stay. The condo itself is very comfortable and well stocked with quality kitchenware, linens and furniture. The sunsets from the huge balcony seldom disappointed us at happy hour. The buiding as a whole is well-run, friendly and safe. The pool and party rooms are a great bonus. We will not forget our very pleasurable time spent at Navona.
