Our brand new gulf-front condo (West Tower)is very charming and beautifully decorated(rated Platinum). The unit has one bedroom, built-in bunk bed and your own private balcony for you to enjoy the breath-taking views of the emerald green water of the Gulf of Mexico and its spectacular sugar white sand beaches. Those unforgettable sunsets and incredible sunrises make your days complete.Being on the 20th floor, you get a spectacular view of the aquatic life in the gulf and your own privacy.

Our unit has a bedroom with a king-size bed, 27" cable TV, phone and its own private bathroom. Along the hallway is the built-in bunk bed with a full bathroom right across. The kitchen and living room area overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and is furnished with a queen-size sleeper sofa, 32" cable TV, DVD-VCR player, stereo system and a portable CD Player and phone.

**THE UNIT HAS A FULL KITCHEN WITH REFRIGERATOR/ICE MAKER, ELECTRIC RANGE, DISHWASHER, MICROWAVE,COMPLETE COOKWARE SET AND UTENSILS, COFFEE MAKER, BLENDER, TOASTER, SLOW COOKER (CROCK POT) AND MORE....

Our family looks forward to staying again next year. I highly recommend this condo to those who go as a couple or a small family. Plenty of room and amenities.
