Englewood Beach is located on beautiful Manasota Key, a barrier island located about 40 minutes south of Sarasota and 90 minutes north of Naples. Manasota Key offers a comfortable and relaxing environment that is void of the high-rise hustle and bustle of Florida's east coast.
Our Live Oaks Landing condominium is just a short walk across the street from one of Florida's most pristine beaches, and located on Lemon Bay. Restaurants, beach bars with live entertainment and convenience stores are also just a short walk from the condominium. Sport fishing, boat and kayak rentals, jet skiing, and bike rentals are all available about a mile away. Theaters, major shopping, and fine dining can all be found within a 20-minute drive to Venice or Port Charlotte.
Fish from our dock on Lemon Bay, or bring your small boat which may be docked at one of our slips for up to two weeks at a time. Please provide advance notice if you wish to reserve a slip. Our waters are home to exotic wildlife and some of the finest fishing in Florida. If you prefer, take a dip in the heated pool, or just curl up with that favorite novel, but be sure to catch a relaxing Florida sunset each evening on the beach.
The condominium is fully appointed with all the comforts of home and is maintained in excellent condition. There is even a small dumbwaiter for assistance with your luggage and groceries. A large carport and two-car garage offer plenty of room for your gear.

Why the Owner Chose Englewood Beach
We chose this spectacular location for it's comfortable size and convenient location. Our complex is located on Lemon Bay and it is only steps across the street from Englewood Beach, which is one of the prettiest beaches in all of Florida. Walk to 4 restaurants with entertainment, as well as 2 convenience stores, or just enjoy a nice sunset stroll on the beach and collect shark's teeth! Throw in a fishing line from our dock and catch your dinner, then take a dip in our heated pool. You'll love the peaceful serenity of Live Oaks Landing. There is nothing like it for fun and relaxation.

We are originally from central New Jersey. In 2004 we visited Charlotte County, Florida and loved the area, the beaches and it's spectacular weather, so much, that we decided to relocate to the area. We know you'll love it here, as well!

What a great condo! Well kept and comfortable. The decor is wonderfull. We really enjoyed the roof top deck. The view of Lemon Bay is beautiful. The beach is just a few minutes away. What a nice area, you will love it. Call me if you have questions.
