Rejuvenation, relaxation, fun? Its all yours in this recently updated, well-appointed, two level condominium nestled in Elkhorn Village in beautiful Sun Valley. Completely and lovingly remodeled in 2006 focusing on green, non-toxic, human and earth-friendly finishes. Floors are a combination of wood, slate, and wool carpets.
Put up your feet in the cozy, intimate living room gazing into the flames of the slate surround gas fireplace. Enjoy gourmet meals in the all new kitchen. A state-of-the-art, 32-inch LCD TV with VCR/DVD is available for your evening entertainment or settle in with a good book.
For sleep comfort new top-of-the-line mattresses have been added throughout. Upstairs the master bed has a queen-size bed and an adjacent, travertine and marble bath with a deep soaking tub. Directly down the hall, the upstairs loft bedroom sports two twin beds. The additional bedroom is on the entry level and also has the convenience of an adjacent full bath with tiled shower.
This Indian Springs, Sun Valley condominium is superbly located near the Dollar Mountain Beginner Ski Lift and within walking distance to the first tee of the Trent Jones-designed Elkhorn Golf Course (our guests have golf privileges). A short ride on the free shuttle takes you to renowned Baldy Mountain for world-class skiing. Numerous picturesque bike and walking paths start right outside your door. Hiking, mountain biking, river rafting, parasailing, cross country skiing, sleigh rides, fishing abound. For an evening on the town or a relaxed day of browsing and cafes, hop on the free KART bus and you will be quickly chauffeured (15 minutes or less) to the thriving mountain town of Ketchum (dining, theatre, shopping, nightlife). In addition to golf privileges, our guests have access to summertime pools and tennis courts and year-round hot tubs, steam room and sauna.
For your convenience there is a full size front loading washer and dryer available on site and a ground level equipment locker to store your ski gear, bikes or golf equipment.
