Hey, I'm Jay! I'm an environmental engineer who likes to build houses. I live in New York City, but I've always loved Vermont, especially the Green Mountains. I bought this land ten years ago.
In my daily work as an engineer in Manhattan, I focus in green building and indoor air quality. On the side, I work with Engineers Without Borders to assist rural communities in the developing world gain access to clean water and sanitation.
I love spending my free time in VT, especially during maple sugarin' season.
