Feel at home in Bonaire when you stay at our adorable townhouse. Comfortable, very pretty and priced right, we are directly on a peaceful inlet leading into the Caribbean Sea.
This apartment is a fantastic value as you have your own high speed internet connection, use of a cell phone, cable TV, washing machine for clothes, dishwasher, full kitchen, onsite parking, onsite dive shop, safe, water views, air conditioning, two minute walk to a great beach and much more.
For Divers there is an on-site dive shop called Div' Ocean Bonaire. We are also located a one minute walk from Tropical Divers and next door to Toucan Diving at the Plaza Hotel (5 minute walk). Both Div' Ocean and Tropical divers are owner run and operated and all three dive shops come highly recommended.
For windsurfers we are about a 10 minute drive from Sorobon Beach where you will find the only two windsurf schools and rental shops on the island, Jibe City Bonaire and Bonaire Windsurf Place.
The apartment is located less than one mile from downtown Kralendijk but a car is recommended because Bonaire offers so much to see and do outside of the downtown area. We are only 3 to 5 minutes walking to some of the best restaurants on the island.
We love to cook and have equipped the full kitchen with everything you need to eat in comfortably: Refrigerator; Freezer; Microwave/ convection oven combination; dishwasher; coffee maker; There is even a Braun electronic orange juice maker. And of course every utensil imaginable and plenty of dishes.
There is a washing machine in the apartment for light washing of your things while here. (towels and clothes dry in the sun outside on the terrace!)
The bathroom is modern with a full sized bathtub.
Comfortable queen bed with mattress topper and air-conditioning in bedroom. Twin bed also with comfortable mattress topper in living room for a third guest. Smaller fold out daybed also available for a fourth guest. Beautiful patterned linens throughout come from designer John Robshaw, New York.
There are reading lights attached to the wall above the bed in the bedroom and behind the sofa in the living room so that you can cuddle up and catch up on your reading while relaxing at home.
The condominium complex Caribbean Court Bonaire has about 50 apartments. All apartments are owned privately. The resort is bordered on the south side by the oceanfront Plaza Hotel, where you may enjoy the beach, pool, dive shop, restaurant, grounds and other facilities. Plaza also offers movie night every Thursday under the stars, salsa dancing on Mondays, happy hour at the oceanfront bar every night, a kids program (while parents are out diving) and other activities for all ages.
The apartment will be cleaned before and after your stay. Additional cleanings can be arranged upon request. We currently live on-site and will be happy to help arrange any extras you are interested in and assist you in any way possible during your stay. (Ask about car or bike rental, windsurfing, diving, etc.)
For two families traveling together, we do have another similar, slightly larger condo in the same complex. The calender reflects the combined availability of the two apartments.

We just returned from spending a week in the condo. Very comfortable, we felt like we were at home. It's located close to everything in Kralendijk but in a very quiet location. The owner Marji was very helpful with information about the island. We'll definitely stay here on our next visit to the island.

This was 2nd trip to Bonaire and plan on going yearly. This is where i will be staying from here on out. Place was very clean and organized. Very Very large condo and the air will freeze you. Love the constant breeze blowing thru the house in the day needed no ac. Thanks again Marji!

Excellent choice for the price. Owner/manager was unusually helpful and attentive to our needs. Property is in good condition and well-maintained. Location is very conventient. Situated on a boating canal, it offers "waterfront" ambiance without the high price. Highly recommended.

I stayed in this apt. in late August, 2007. First, Bonnaire is a wonderful, friendly and relaxing island and a great dive destination This Bayside apt. is on the 2nd floor and I found it to be as advertised...clean and well furnished. Although I did not cook, the kitchen did seem to be well equiped. The people living in this complex were friendly and most helpful which made my stay even more enjoyable. Although the apt. is located within walking distance to several places to eat and to town (its a long walk to town), I would recommend renting a vehicle. It will make your stay more convenient. All in all, I was very satisfied with the apt. and will consider staying in this unit again.

I stayed in this unit November 2007. It sits directly on the man-made waterway just next to Plaza Resort. It's an easy walk to Plaza, Richard's Restaurant and even Divi Flamingo. The condo is well furnished and perfect for 1-2 people. The owner, Marji, was quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. The apartment is very clean, and the kitchen had everything I needed for my 2-week stay. If I had one complaint, it was the mosquitoes! Marji stopped by the first day with bug spray and an electric mosquito zapper. The wireless worked just inside the apartment or on the deck. The owners have a large cabinet with the TV on it... it was perfect to sit my laptop on and still get wireless service. There is a pool at the complex that, during my stay, was generally not used, so I had it to myself. When I go to Bonaire again I would stay here again.

I have been to Bonaire at least six times but this was the first time I stayed at the Caribbean Court Apartments. I was looking for a reasonably priced condo in a location that was walking distance to the beach and to town. I was not disappointed in the unit that I rented through VRBO. The unit is literally right next to the Plaza Bonaire, which has one of the nicest beaches on the island and is also walking distance to town. I was contacted by the owner Marjorie Keith by phone and felt very comfortable talking with someone who not only owns the apartment but lives in the complex as well. The reservation was handled very efficiently over the internet. I rented a one-bedroom apartment, which included a dining and living area as well as a well-furnished gourmet kitchen. Since I had been to the island many times I didn’t need help reserving a car or diving equipment even though I had been asked. The master bedroom was furnished nicely and had wonderful Italian bedsheets purchased by Marjorie in Italy. There is a safe in the closet for one’s valuables. The bedroom, living and dining area were all well appointed with comfortable chairs. In the living area there is a day bed also with wonderful Italian bedsheets. The unit has air conditioning as well as mosquito nets should you prefer to keep the windows open in the evening. Marjorie has really made the condo very much like a home. She apologized for not having art work on the walls but said they are coming. The apartment was spotless and quiet. Even though we were in an apartment building I didn’t see anyone through the course of my week. There is a pool on the premises as well as an out door porch should you like to dine alfresco.I enjoyed staying at the Caribbean Resort and will do so again.

The place is realy nice, quiet and well located (walking distance beach, diveshop, restaurants...) The owner was available at our arrival and all time we needed something. Everything was clean, well furnished and also brochures and books from the island were available. We would recommand the place without any hesitation! Complexe bien fleuri, appartement propre, bien équipé et vue très agréable sur le canal. Excellent endroit!

We had a wonderful week staying at the Carribbean Court apartment in Bonaire! The apartment is just as advertised, complete with designer linens and a fully-stocked kitchen. The location was perfect for our needs as it abuts a resort with a pretty beach, and is within walking distance of great dive facilities, restaurants and shops.
