  We spent two weeks at Marji's beautiful condo at the Caribbean Courts in Bonaire. This is a very large, modern, one bedroom on the third floor overlooking the canal. It is a short walk through the Plaza resort to the beach and about a mile walk into town. The interior of the condo is very well appointed with just about everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Great wifi, cable TV, a good selection of books, a cell phone, a well equipped kitchen and a large screened in balcony. Marji lives on site so if there are any problems she is just a short walk away.

  I travel to Bonaire at least once per year for windsurfing and try to stay at one of Marji's Caribbean Court condos every chance I get. On some trips I've missed my opportunity as a result of my late planning since she tends to be booked due to the quality and value of her rental units. This condo was spotlessly clean, well maintained, and tastefully decorated. The high quality linens and cute european style dishes made me feel right at home. The condo is perfectly located close to town but not so close that it's noisy. I really enjoyed the cool breeze and the view of the waterway that runs inland to the condo complex. I definitely recommend Marji's rental units and she's a joy to work with. Can't wait until my next stay!

  Hi Marji, As we have come to love Bonaire, we continually keep coming back due to the shore diving and the people we have met that have become our friends. Our stay at the Caribbean Court was pleasurable and conveniently located that allowed us to do all the things we came down to do. Walking distance to the Plaza Resort, which was, is a great dive site accompanied with a beautiful beach. We loved the calm serene view in the morning during breakfast as we planned our daily diving activities. We never had to use the air conditioning as the evening breeze flowed through the unit making it very comfortable thus being able to sleep at night. See you next year! Terry and Marc

  My husband and I stayed for a week in the larger apartment, and really enjoyed our stay. The apartment has a large bedroom, a large, breezy living area including kitchen, and two outdoor sitting areas, one in front and one in back. The apartment was very clean and most everything in working order. Opening both the front and back door brought a lovely, fresh, breeze through the apartment. The kitchen had a stove, fridge, freezer and microwave and plenty of pots/pans, etc. (and the essential blender for making piña coladas... ) The terrace with hammock was perfect for relaxing, reading a book and sipping the aforementioned piña coladas. :) The location was nice - very quiet and far away from the sometimes-noise-pollution of downtown. (people revving motorcycles and loud car stereos frequently drowned out conversation during our meals at downtown restaurants...) The island is small, so everything is easy driving distance, and there is free parking for your rental car at the apartment. Marji, the owner, was very helpful and responsive throughout the rental process and throughout our stay in the apartment. As far as nearby activities, we learned to wind surf on Lac Bay with Jibe City, we drove through Washington Slagbaii National Park and in there snorkeled from a little hidden beach called Wayaká 2. Our favorite meal was the table grill at Jibe City, only available on Thursday nights - they put a little grill on your table and you get unlimited, deliciously seasoned meat to grill on it! Delicious! We also did a guided SCUBA dive with Div'Ocean, the on-site dive shop, and it was good. We also snorkeled at the dive site 18th Palm, really close to the apartment inside the Plaza Resort - lots of fish to see! Just a note - the larger apartment does not have a clothes washing machine as mentioned in this listing, but Marji mentioned that she may be installing one soon - if it is important to you to do laundry, be sure to ask! :) In short, I definitely recommend this apartment for your stay in Bonaire!

  What a great stay in Bonaire at Marji's Caribbean Court Condo! We have been to Bonaire before, and usually reserve a private home, but it was not available for our travel dates. This was only my second time booking a property through VRBO, so I was a little apprehensive, but Marji made it so easy. She returns emails promptly, is accessible by cell phone while you are on the island, and is eager to help you in any way she can. Just an all-around great person. She is even an expert windsurfer who gives lessons. She had us up on the boards and making turns within an hour! The condo was just as pictured and described. We usually get a house simply because my husband and I have stressful jobs in which we're surrounded by people all the time. And, we cook on vacation. We were amazed at just how quiet the condo complex was - very little in & out traffic, we only saw our neighbors a few times (and heard them less), and usually had the saltwater pool to ourselves. The kitchen is fully stocked and had everything we needed for cooking. With the recent opening of the excellent Van den Tweel market, in fact, we found ourselves so overstocked with food that we only ate out twice. We most enjoyed sitting out on the deck, having coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night. We saw the otter that has taken up residence there, as well as the rays. Having airco in the bedroom was a major plus. No sleeping on damp sheets like on other islands we've visited. The airco plus the mattress overlays made for very comfortable sleeping arrangements. Right on-site is the fantastic Div'Ocean dive operation. This is far and away the best dive operation we've experienced on the island. Exceptional customer service, fantastic dive masters, and excellent equipment (rental gear and boat). Highly recommended! Email me for questions.

  We just returned from a wonderful week long trip to Bonaire. This was our first trip to the island and our first big dive trip. Marji's place was great! The location provides easy access to the rest of the island and was much more cost effective than staying at the big dive resorts. We were very happy with every aspect of this place. The apartment was as good or better than advertised, the recommended dive shop was fantastic, and the recommended rental company was great to work with. I did an early estimate of the cost savings for booking this trip as Marji recommended as opposed to staying in one of the resorts and estimate that I saved $750 for 2 divers. We do not know when our next vacation will be (we haven't been home 12 hours yet), but when we do, our first pick will be to stay here again.

  Me, my wife and my daughter spent an almost 2 weeks vacation in Bonaire, we stayed al Marjorie's place which is conveniently located near by de airport and also to the city. In order to save money and get to know the island you must rent a transportation mean, it could be a car, we did at Bonaire Rental and it was great, you can also rent a scooter o a dutch bike its fun. Marjorie's apartment was nice and a good size for a one bedroom apartment, it was on the second floor so you have a view from balcony. You have what you need to do your own cooking but you also have good restaurants in town. If you like windsurf ask marjorie she can give you a very good advise and train in that sport. We had a great time and Marjorie was nice during our stay. We recommend it.

  We just returned from spending a week in the condo. Very comfortable, we felt like we were at home. It's located close to everything in Kralendijk but in a very quiet location. The owner Marji was very helpful with information about the island. We'll definitely stay here on our next visit to the island.

  This was 2nd trip to Bonaire and plan on going yearly. This is where i will be staying from here on out. Place was very clean and organized. Very Very large condo and the air will freeze you. Love the constant breeze blowing thru the house in the day needed no ac. Thanks again Marji!

  Excellent choice for the price. Owner/manager was unusually helpful and attentive to our needs. Property is in good condition and well-maintained. Location is very conventient. Situated on a boating canal, it offers "waterfront" ambiance without the high price. Highly recommended.

Additional information about rental rates

A 30% deposit or minimum $350 is required to hold your dates. The balance of the rental fee will be due 6 weeks prior to your stay.

Additional Fees and Taxes:

Tourist tax of $5.50 per person per night is added to our nightly rates for guests 13 and over.

Rates are based on one or two people in the apartment. Each additional guest add $15/night. Children 12 and under $10/night.
