The large, curved, 271-square-foot balcony sets the stage for your finest dining experience on the beach with lounge chairs and table seating for six. A most spectacular beach view with wide-angle exposure to the western sunset evenings.
Bedroom Two is decorated with furnishings from the Bernhardt Martha Stewart collection, queen sleigh bed, for your ultimate comfort and relaxation. LCD televisions in bedrooms, with 32-inch LCD, DVD player and entertainment center in living area.
Open kitchen, bar and dining area set the stage for preparing your gourmet meals. This kitchen is very well equipped with cooking utensils, bakeware and gadgets for the ultimate chef prepared meals and fine dining experience. Living area offers a pull out queen sleeper sofa for extra guests in addition to the two lovely bedrooms.
Emerald Isle condominiums offer many amenities including two outdoor pools and one heated indoor pool, steam sauna, oversized hot tub, fitness center and gas grills for cookouts. And plenty of garage parking, too, for your vehicle's safety. It is the perfect year-round getaway and just a short trip to outlet shopping malls in Destin, Florida.
Panama City Beach also offers many fine dining restaurants for your exquisite taste, including the famous Captain Anderson's which is our favorite and highly recommended.
Due to owners allergies, this unit is non-smoking, no pets allowed and maintained with cleanliness as top priority. There is no carpet in this unit, flooring is beautiful large tumbled travertine tiles. The perfect location for those who suffer from allergies. WE ONLY RENT TO NON-SMOKERS!
