Our home is conveniently located only minutes from the cultural and social centers of Tamarindo, Costa Rica. World-class beaches, surfing, golf, tennis, horseback riding, shopping, restaurants, and so much more are only minutes from your doorstep.

Features include a large great room with ten foot beamed and vaulted ceilings, dining area, fully equipped gourmet kitchen with upgraded appliances and granite countertops. The master suite has all of the amenities for comfort including a king-size mattress, full master bath with twin basins, walk-in shower, oversized tub, walk-in oversized closets and an unobstructed view of the lake and pool area. The second master bedroom boasts a queen-sized mattress, walk-in closets and its own private full bath. The tastefully decorated guest area has twin mattresses and a private full bath.

Enjoy a good novel while you are relaxing in the den on the queen sized sleeper sofa! The outside terraces and balconies overlook the meticulously maintained tropical gardens and offer a relaxing view of the lake and pool area. Perfect for an evening of relaxation with friends and family!

For those with a love for nature, tranquility and a desire for privacy and peace our community of Hacienda Pinilla is located on over 4500 unspoiled acres, ten miles of hiking nature trails and three miles of the most magnificent fine sand beach you will find on the Costa Rica Pacific only a few steps from your front door. Hacienda Pinilla topography is the perfect combination of plains, mountains, beaches, rivers and forests where you will likely find rare species of birds, monkeys, water fowl and the seasonal nesting of the giant leatherback turtles. Take in the world-renowned tropical landscapes and the endless sunset views.

For those with a more adventurous desire the nearby town of Tamarindo is a short drive or accessible by a walk or bike along the beach. Restaurants, nightlife, shopping, banking, places of worship, medical services and anything else you need is in close proximity. Shuttle service is available to Tamarindo.
