Facing North-East with beautiful views of the ocean, this unit offers you a large balcony, new fully renovated kitchen, new bedroom and living room furniture, and all the amenities to make your vacation a pleasure. Both the living room and master bedroom have TV's with cable. Wireless Internet also available in the living room.
Rentals are available Saturday-to-Saturday. The unit has a King bed in the master bedroom and two full beds in the second bedroom. Also located in the second bedroom is a twin rollaway bed. The living room provides a pull-out queen sleeper sofa. The condomium is also equiped with two full bathrooms.
Litchfield Retreat offers vacationers a spacious private swimming pool with ample lounges, a barbecue area, along with laundry and elevators. The unit also comes with a storage locker on the ground floor (#100) to store your beach chairs, fishing poles, surf boards and other equipment, along with a covered parking spot.
