This large four bedroom, three bathroom home is located on two and a half private acres. The house has about 200 feet of river frontage on the Saco River, which is ideal for swimming, kayaking, canoeing or just relaxing. There are steps that lead you down to the water's edge, where a small sandy area will great you. What is unique about this part of the river is it caters to young and old alike. The depth of the water is about eight feet during the summer months, while a sandbar awaits you on the other side of the river, allowing younger children to ease themselves into the water. The house is located on a dead end street that currently has five houses.
While you maintain your privacy you are only five minutes away from outlet shopping, and for those that ski, Mt. Cranmore is 10 minutes away, while Attitash Mountain is about a 20 minute drive. (Loon and Bretton Woods are both about 40 minutes away) For those who snowmobile, hundreds of miles of trails (and rentals) are a mere three miles down the road. The house is ideal for family get together's during any season.
All four bedrooms are large in size. The bed layout is as follows:
A Kingsize Bed in the Master bedroom upstairs, Two bunk beds (The top of each bunk is a twin and the botton is a full......These bunk beds are safe for adults) in the other upstairs bedroom. Queen size beds in the bedrooms on the first floor.
