Our cottage house, named Duck Duck Goose, is the spot for those who like colors and Florida Kitsch. Located in historical Seagrove Beach on Scenic 30-A, next to Seaside and short minutes from Grayton Beach, Watercolor and Rosemary Beach.
Enjoy either of the community pools literally one minute walk away, or the tennis courts. Head to the playground or find a bike and follow the bike path to Seaside or Watercolor and on. Play golf at the Santa Rosa Golf Club or one of the other fine courses in the area, or go fishing and hiking at the Grayton Beach State Park or the Eastern Lake Park.
Is truly only a five minute walk to those fabulous Florida beaches, often called America's Most Beautiful. A golf cart is provided to help take the cooler and chairs. Tons of entertainment and some of the greatest eating places are only a short drive away in Destin or Panama City Beach.
Washed inside with a multitude of colors and decorated with lots of fun things from local artists. Hardwood floors throughout help give a cozy feeling inside and will keep you in that light-hearted and relaxed feeling vacations are all about.

Why the Owner Chose Grove by the Sea
Because the beaches are among the most beautiful in the world right alongside some of the best restaurant anywhere. Surround that with great fun and artsy shopping and really friendly locals and we were hooked.

A fun-loving family of four in Houston TX owns this Florida home. But as things get busy with kids and life in general it becomes harder and harder to get there so we decided to rent the house out from time to time. The family also built a casita in Isla Mujeres, Mexico several years ago so obviously being near the beach is a big deal to us. Might have something to do with the fact that the mother of the house is a beach girl herself having grown up in Miami Beach.
