Blue Mountain Beach is a community of Santa Rosa Beach. Smarter Travel magazine just ranked this area as one of the "Ten Best Beach Destinations for 2011." Although these pristine beaches are the star of the show, there's plenty to do inland, like fine dining at dozens of local restaurants, unique art galleries and quaint shops, nature trails, outdoor concerts and activities.
Our condo at The Village of Blue Mtn. is located right off 30-A (coastline road) It is a colorful, comfortable 3 bedroom 2 bath condo... the perfect getaway for couples or families. Inside you'll find a romantic master bedroom, 2 additional bedrooms, 9' ceilings, TV/DVD's in every bedroom and living room(4 of them), WI-FI, and a fully equipped kitchen....plus lots of books, movies, music and games.
This getaway also includes an oversized, olympic pool and deck, six shuffleboards, and a small fitness center. Around the corner are the sparkling white sands of Blue Mtn. Beach. Here you'll find dramatic views of crystal white beaches and emerald green waters & dolphins swimming along the coast. Relax and catch the awesome sunsets off this condo's balcony (see picture), or go beachside and see sunsets that are simply spectacular! Check out the beach at night and see literally thousands of stars...incredible!!
Located right outside the entrance to our condo at the Villages of Blue Mountain is a scenic bike/jogging path that runs 22 miles along this gorgeous coastline into Grayton Beach, Watercolor, Seaside and Rosemary Beach. Many of our guests enjoy renting bikes around the bend at Big Daddy's to enjoy the beauty of the coastline and visit the coastal villages and shops along the way.
Fifteen minutes west in Destin area you'll find fine dining and incredible shopping experiences like Destin Commons or over 100 Designer Outlet stores at Silver Sands.This area has lots of night clubs, hundreds of restaurants(many right on the beach), Harborwalk on Destin Harbor, water sports, outdoor concerts, nature trails, go-carting and putt-putt. If golf is you passion, Santa Rosa Beach & Golf is less than two minutes away...beautiful course and restaurant right on the beach!

Why the Owner Chose Village of Blue Mountain
We have looked for the right condo for the past 5 years some of the areas we looked at are: Fort Walton Beach, Destin, Sandestin,Panama City, Pensacola, Grayton Beach, Seaside, and Navarre. When we saw the Blue Mountain area and this beautiful condo we knew this was where we wanted to spend the rest of our lives. That is what we plan to do when we retire in a few years. Until then we are going to share our piece of paradise with beach lovers like ourselves.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Where do I start there is so many. I guess the condo itself. One of the reasons we choose this condo was it is and end unit on the second floor so there is no noise above you. Second is the beautiful complex it is quiet and we love the pool and workout room. Third is of course the beautiful beach by far the best in Northwest Fl. And last but not least it is close to all kinds of attractions, restaurants, and shopping. One of my favorite things to do is wake before sun comes up ride down to the Starbucks which is only 2 miles from the condo, get my coffee and go to the beach and watch the sun come up.
Our complex is between SR 83 and County Road 30-A. The Mapquest address is 2714 W. County Highway 30-A Santa Rosa Beach, Florida 32459. Our condo is on top floor (2nd) of our complex, Village of Blue
Out of our complex take a right on SR 83. This road dead ends into new beach area with nice restrooms and lifeguards. For more beaches get on County Hwy 30A...lots there.
Over 100 Designer Outlet stores are here...like Coach, Ralph Lauren Polo, Gap, Ann Taylor, Nike, etc....Must See!
This incredibly natural beach has a lake, picnic areas with grills and shower/restrooms. Can get to it by bike path right outside our condo or travel east on 30A just 3-5 miles....great beach area!
