This beach is gorgeous! Also, the area offers local restaurants, unique art galleries and shops, and a 22 mile bike/jogging path right outside the entrance that runs along the coastline. Fifteen minutes away in Destin are lots of brand name outlet stores like Destin Commons or Silver Sands, night clubs, hundreds of restaurants(many right on the beach), Harborwalk on Destin Harbor, water sports, outdoor concerts, go-carting and putt-putt.
This getaway includes an oversized, relaxing pool, six shuffleboards, small fitness center, and a tropical Cabana Bar serving cocktails, sodas, and light snacks.
Additonal features include 9' ceilings, romantic master bedroom, 2 colorful additional bedrooms, TV/DVD's in every bedroom and living room(4), Stereo, CD player, and a fully equipped kitchen. Why the Owner Chose Village of Blue Mountain
Our family vacationed in this area for years before we purchased. Area has gorgeous beaches and is close to home (Atlanta). Our condo is just the right size for our family of six.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
There is a 22 mile bike/jogging path that runs alongside the coast and it is right outside our building. This path goes to many beach access points and through seaside town and villages. Our boys enjoy hopping on a bike and riding to the beach or ice cream shop and we enjoy the scenery and exercise.
Also, the Blue Mountain Beach area is in between Grayton/Seaside/Watercolor area and Destin area. So you can travel just a few miles either way for more choices of restaurants, galleries, activities and still have the same spectacular beaches each way!
Our complex is between SR 83 and County Road 30-A. The Mapquest address is 2714 W. County Highway 30-A Santa Rosa Beach, Florida 32459. Our condo is on top floor (2nd) of our complex, Village of Blue
Out of our complex take a right on SR 83. This road dead ends into new beach area with nice restrooms and lifeguards. For more beaches get on County Hwy 30A...lots there.
Over 100 Designer Outlet stores are here...like Coach, Ralph Lauren Polo, Gap, Ann Taylor, Nike, etc....Must See!
This incredibly natural beach has a lake, picnic areas with grills and shower/restrooms. Can get to it by bike path right outside our condo or travel east on 30A just 3-5 miles....great beach area!

We just want to let you know we enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean comfortable and had everything we needed. We enjoyed breakfast at Another Broken Egg, thanks for your recommendation. An FYI for yourself or future guests, We used the beach at Grayton State Park. It's about a five minute drive, costs $4 for all day with very clean rest rooms, showers, and changing area convenient to the beach. The beach was beautiful, not crowded and only a very short walk from the parking lot. Thanks.
