The guest bedroom is equipped with two Twin Beds, dresser, night stand, and large closet. All bedding, linen, and pillows are provided.

A covered two-car carport provides convenient parking at your doorstep. Local professional management assures your needs will be met.

Centrally located, the Green Valley Villages (formerly Green Valley Mall) with shops and several restaurants, is a short walk away. Banking, medical services, and the Green Valley Library are nearby. For a nominal tenant fee, Green Valley Recreation membership is available. This membership provides access to the many social and recreation centers that are found throughout Green Valley. The East Center, which hosts just about every social, hobby, and recreational opportunity available, is only two blocks away. And for the golfer and/or Cactus League baseball fan, there are 12 golf courses in the area (seven in Green Valley) while Tucson hosts the Arizona Diamondbacks, the Chicago White Sox, and the Colorado Rockies during spring training (March). Minor league baseball's Tucson Toros "lace-em up" from mid May through August at High Corbett Field in Tucson.

If you like to explore and see the sights that southern Arizona has to offer, plan a day trip to the art community of Tubac, the wine country of Sonoita, historic Tombstone and Bisbee, Kitt Peak or Whipple Observatories, Kartchner Caverns, the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum or Reid Park Zoo in Tucson, or the biological diversity of world-famous Madera Canyon (only 12 miles away!) A paved road takes you up into the Canyon where picnicing, hiking, birding, and photography opportunities abound. And of course, the "Old Pueblo" Tucson is only 20 minutes to the north and the Mexican border town of Nogales is only 45 minutes to the south if your shopping for deals and a different experience. The list goes on and on. Our villa library has an assortment of tour guides of things to do and see in the area, maps, and books on wildlife, birds, plants, and local historical interest. And of course binoculars for your use just in case! If you decide to take some goodies or drinks on your adventures we have several ice chests and cold packs for your convenience as you explore Southeastern Arizona.

Will rent by the week or month. Off-season discounts are negotiable. Note: this is an age-restricted area. At least one tenant must be 55 or older.

We have owned 46 N. Los Olmos for almost 5 years now, enjoy it when we can, been with VRBO for 3 years, and finally just joined the 21st century by activating our on-line guestbook! With that in mind, we are entering our villa's guestbook comments from 2005 thru Feb 2009 to give you some feel for what our past guests felt about their stay with us here in Green Valley, Arizona. Our hard copy guest comment book is right where it belongs: in our villa. Thank you for considering spending your vacation with us!

February 28, 2009. Can't tell you how much we enjoyed staying at your house. So much so, that we have committed to coming again next year for six weeks. We can't believe how well the house is stocked, all the things available to us for our us. Thanks! Karla and Kathy of Amerikey Realty have been great to work with and most helpful to us in answering all our questions. We have enjoyed our time in Arizona and look forward to next year. Mike & Nancy K.

Dec 1/08. What a fabulous time - what a fabulous place! Your home is terrific - so well equiped. Lots of linens, towels, kitchen ware... esp. the blender. Enjoyed far to many marguaritas on the back patio!! Great breakfasts out there as well - then lazing in the sun reading the local papers & sipping coffee. Made very good use of all the GVR facilities. Also took in many of the local sites - missile silo, Pima Air Force Museum, Desert Museum, Madera Canyon hikes...also did our part to supported the artisans in Tubac!! Have already booked for next year. Can't say enough good things about Kathy & Carla at Amerikey. Thank you for sharing your home with us. Mary Johan F. and Rod J (& many friends who visited us)

3-1-08 - 4-1-08. We have enjoyed spending the month at your home. We constantly used the reference books and learned much about the flora and fauna of the area. We left you a couple of books so we hope you and your other guests will find them useful. We used the pass to Coronado Mts as we walked the Madera Canyon several times a week and found that we enjoyed looking for birds. We only wish it wasn't so hard to identify the birds we saw. We used the book but it certainly wasn't easy. Although we had shopped before we arrived, we greatly appreciated all the necessities of life you provided in case we ran out. We loved the fluffy brown towels and your mixing bowls. Kathy Kavenaugh and Carla at AmeriKey were great to work with and provide information. All in all it was a delightful time. Karen & H. L

2-26-07. We have enjoyed spending this past month in your home. What a perfect location - so handy to everything we needed. We wanted to let you know we were particularly pleased with the responsiveness of Ameri-Key to questions or problems. For further reference - if you need non-emergency health care - Continental Family Medical Center takes walk-in appts evenings & Sat AM (S. Campbell) - we both used. We would have liked to stay longer - but back to reality - Thanks, Jerry & Carolyn L.

March 1- March 6. We enjoyed being in this lovely home. It's such a good location! We were just settling in and figuring out what we were going to do when we got the word that my husband's father had died. So - our vacation is coming to a quick end and we'll be heading back to Wisconsin where it's still winter.

Feb 1-28, 2005. We were delighted to find that #46 was well stocked with more than the necessities of life. As Long Islanders (NY) on our first visit to Arizona, we especially appreciated your library of books on the flora and fauna to be found in these parts, and back issues of "Arizona Highways". In spite of the rain and cool temperatures, we visited much of southern AZ including the Desert Museum, Tombstone, and Tucson among other sites. We gloried in views of the montains, non-existent where we come from!
