With 1100 square feet plus furnished Arizona Room, our two bedroom two bath Townhouse has skylights and ceiling fans throughout. The master bedroom has a King bed, plenty of closet space, dresser, recliner, desk and TV. The guest bedroom has two Twin beds. All bedding and linen are provided.
The separate full kitchen has all the appliances, cookware, utensils and gadgets the cook in you may need. The dining area has a large table and seating for four. The living room area has comfortable seating with couch, loveseat, and entertainment center equipped with 27-inch TV and VCR/DVD player. The Arizona Room, which opens to the rear patio and garden area, has a kitchen pass-through, bar stools, comfy chairs and a futon for relaxing. Large front and rear patios extend the living space to the outside where that morning cup of coffee or a relaxing evening can be enjoyed. Covered two-car carport provides convenient parking. Local professional management assures your needs will be met.
Centrally located, the Green Valley Mall with shops and several restaurant is a short walk away. For a nominal tenant fee, Green Valley Recreation membership is available. This membership provides access to the many social and recreation centers that are found throughout Green Valley. The East Center, which hosts just about every social, hobby, and recreational opportunity available, is only two blocks away. And for the golfer and/or Cactus League baseball fan, there are 12 golf courses in the area (seven in Green Valley) while Tucson hosts the Arizona Diamondbacks, the Chicago White Sox, and the Colorado Rockies during spring training (March). For a treat in the summer, catch the Tucson Sidewinders at Tucson Electric Park for a great minor league experience.
If you like to explore and see the sights that southern Arizona has to offer, plan a day trip to the art community of Tubac, the wine country of Sonoita, historic Tombstone, Kitt and Whipple Observatories, Kartchner Caverns, the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum or Reid Park Zoo in Tucson, or the biological diversity of world-famous Madera Canyon (12 miles away!)
