What a wonderful stay we had at this villa. It is fully furnished and the bed is wonderfully comfortable. Easy to get to the social centers, Safeway, biking and walking trails, etc. We enjoyed Tubac, Arivaca, Tucson Gem Show, and Madera Canyon while there. Owners even left a great pair of binoculars for bird watching, which was really appreciated as I dropped mine on the patio and that was the end of them. For comfort and convenience you can't beat this villa.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, pet owners, sightseeing.

March 31, 2010. Here we are again! Once again very pleased and have noticed a few improvements or additions. We look forward to returning next year. This year we managed to see a few more places than in the past. Next year we hope to have guests from Germany and looking forward to them seeing beautiful Arizona. We love this location and look forward to many more years of coming and sharing your home.

We have owned 46 N. Los Olmos for almost 5 years now, enjoy it when we can, been with VRBO for 3 years, and finally just joined the 21st century by activating our on-line guestbook! With that in mind, we are entering our villa's guestbook comments from 2005 thru Feb 2009 to give you some feel for what our past guests felt about their stay with us here in Green Valley, Arizona. Our hard copy guest comment book is right where it belongs: in our villa. Thank you for considering spending your vacation with us!

February 28, 2009. Can't tell you how much we enjoyed staying at your house. So much so, that we have committed to coming again next year for six weeks. We can't believe how well the house is stocked, all the things available to us for our us. Thanks! Karla and Kathy of Amerikey Realty have been great to work with and most helpful to us in answering all our questions. We have enjoyed our time in Arizona and look forward to next year. Dec 1/08. What a fabulous time - what a fabulous place! Your home is terrific - so well equiped. Lots of linens, towels, kitchen ware... esp. the blender. Enjoyed far to many marguaritas on the back patio!! Great breakfasts out there as well - then lazing in the sun reading the local papers & sipping coffee. Made very good use of all the GVR facilities. Also took in many of the local sites - missile silo, Pima Air Force Museum, Desert Museum, Madera Canyon hikes...also did our part to supported the artisans in Tubac!! Have already booked for next year. Can't say enough good things about Kathy & Carla at Amerikey. Thank you for sharing your home with us. Mary Johan F. and Rod J (& many friends who visited us)

3-1-08 - 4-1-08. We have enjoyed spending the month at your home. We constantly used the reference books and learned much about the flora and fauna of the area. We left you a couple of books so we hope you and your other guests will find them useful. We used the pass to Coronado Mts as we walked the Madera Canyon several times a week and found that we enjoyed looking for birds. We only wish it wasn't so hard to identify the birds we saw. We used the book but it certainly wasn't easy. Although we had shopped before we arrived, we greatly appreciated all the necessities of life you provided in case we ran out. We loved the fluffy brown towels and your mixing bowls. Kathy Kavenaugh and Carla at AmeriKey were great to work with and provide information. All in all it was a delightful time. Karen & H. L

2-26-07. We have enjoyed spending this past month in your home. What a perfect location - so handy to everything we needed. We wanted to let you know we were particularly pleased with the responsiveness of Ameri-Key to questions or problems. For further reference - if you need non-emergency health care - Continental Family Medical Center takes walk-in appts evenings & Sat AM (S. Campbell) - we both used. We would have liked to stay longer - but back to reality - Thanks, Jerry & Carolyn L.

March 1- March 6. We enjoyed being in this lovely home. It's such a good location! We were just settling in and figuring out what we were going to do when we got the word that my husband's father had died. So - our vacation is coming to a quick end and we'll be heading back to Wisconsin where it's still winter.

Feb 1-28, 2005. We were delighted to find that #46 was well stocked with more than the necessities of life. As Long Islanders (NY) on our first visit to Arizona, we especially appreciated your library of books on the flora and fauna to be found in these parts, and back issues of "Arizona Highways". In spite of the rain and cool temperatures, we visited much of southern AZ including the Desert Museum, Tombstone, and Tucson among other sites. We gloried in views of the montains, non-existent where we come from!
