The floor plan of our platinum-rated condo is designed with beach resort relaxation in mind, with ceramic tile throughout and exceptional furnishings. The MASTER bedroom is furnished with a KING bed, plus TV and DVD player. Additional sleeping accommodations include a BUNK AREA and QUEEN sleeper sofa. There’s plenty of room for your romantic weekend getaway or for the whole family. The unit features TWO FULL BATHS, plus washer and dryer.
The large LIVING ROOM overlooks the beach and Gulf with a wall of windows, and has plenty of seating on the comfortable sofa and chair. There is a large TV with DVD player, so you can enjoy your favorite show or movie.
The fully-equipped KITCHEN includes many contemporary upgrades, providing everything necessary for a simple snack or complex gourmet meal. There’s plenty of seating, either at the breakfast bar or dining room table.
Seychelles features just about everything you could want on vacation. There are 2 pools right on the beach, including a heated pool. Enjoy the sun in one of the plentiful lounge chairs. Have some fun with the kids in the ARCADE or work off all that food in the state-of-the-art FITNESS CENTER. The building is secured with coded entry, and has gated, covered parking.
Beyond the pool decks is the wide beach with its famous sugary white sand and crystal clear Gulf of Mexico water. Beach chair service is available from the beach vendors. If you are the adventurous type, you can rent wave runners or go parasailing and soar over the Gulf.
Panama City Beach is undergoing an amazing transformation to an international family destination. While your favorites are still around, new restaurants, shops, and entertainment venues are opening every week. Pier Park is a brand new shopping and entertainment complex just a short ride away. Visit the Ripley's Believe It Or Not Museum and see the weird and unusual collection of exhibits. Jog to St. Andrews State Park for amazing seashells. Walk to the world-famous Schooner’s for casual food, drinks, and dancing on the sand. Charter a fishing boat from the marina, just a mile away.
