The lanai overlooks the beach, and the association (Lago Mar) also has a fishing dock on the bayside. The bay is great for fishing and kayaking. Located just three doors down from Charleston Square where you can eat, go to the pharmacy, and go to the bank. Premium shopping is just a few minutes away.
You will enjoy the comforts of home in a place where many of the Lago Mar owners spend the winter. The association rules allow owners to rent only one time per year so as to promote harmony rather than a "hotel-like" atmosphere.
