Excellent location! Pool was beautiful and great for the kids, very relaxing. Condo itself was spacius and well kept. Would definitely come back.

I was quite disappointed in this property compared to at least 25 other VRBO properties we have stayed at in the past 10 years. It was mostly clean (other than the carpet was filthy and when we wore our white socks they were covered with dirt on the bottom just from walking on carpet. An earring back was dropped unto the "shag" area rug in the living room and when we moved the cocktail table to shake the rug we gathered up at least a cup full of hairpins, 1 bottle cap, a necklace chain, and misc other items which showed that the carpet had not been cleaned in quite some time. We were rationed with 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1/2 roll paper towel, 2 garbage bags, 1 portion of dishwasher soap , NO dish soap, As I would expect to purchase some things but have never in all my stays at VRBO properties had to buy enough stuff just to get by for 1 3 day stay. Salt and pepper in the actual shakers would of also been a nice touch. Toaster only works on one side, both hair dryers do not work and advertised as waterfront penthouse was a little deceiving since you actually can not look out ANY condo window or door and see water. They also mention a panaramic view from balcony which actually is just an overlook to the parking lot and dumpster. One of our guests was somewhat disabled with use of her fingers and found that the cabinet drawers that do not have knobs were impossible to open. They are not the type of cabinets that are made for no hardware. I was also e m ailed instructions from Global saying that I had to come to the office to pick up the keys and after driving 40 minutes out of our way to do this was told that opps they gave me the wrong instructions. They then turned me around and I drove back 40 minutes to use a code to get in the lock box. Since I passed within minutes of the property the first time to go to their office; it was a huge waste of time. Even their directions were wrong. I will continue to use the VRBO services because I have had such wonderful past experiences but would hope that the owner is made aware of these negative issues. I know they are from out of town and rely on others to manage this for them. The unit was very tastfully decorated and conveinent in a very nice quiet area. Once a few things are fixed or corrected I would think this would be a beautify unit to rent

You can rest assured that we are doing everything possible to make sure that your issues have been addressed. As soon as we read your comments, we immediately contacted our property manager. Our management company is one of the most experienced and reliable firms in Orlando and they have agreed to immediately address the issues you mentioned, so future guests will have perfect stays. The broken toaster and hair dryers will be replaced. All carpets will be steam-cleaned and the maids will be instructed to be more thorough when vacuuming between guests. Unclean carpets are inexcusable and you should not have had to experience that. We'll make sure that that never happens again. The check-in staff will review the proper check-in procedures for the Vista Cay Resort. To save you time, our guests do not need to drive to the rental office to check-in. Our guests can drive directly to the condo and check themselves in using an access code which is emailed to the guest earlier. We appreciate your feedback. We strive to make each of our guests' stays perfect and your feedback helps us improve things for our next guest. Large and Tastefully Decorated

We really enjoyed our stay in this unit at Vista Cay. Very impressive the first time we walked in. Rooms are large, clean and tastefully decorated. Our 13 year old loved having her own bathroom in her king size bedroom. We loved the huge walk-in closet in our king size bedroom. Both bathrooms were massive! If you want to watch movies or use the game system, you have to bring your own DVD's and games as these were not provided with the machines. The building was very quiet and clean. The resort is very good at collecting trash in the early mornings and keeping the grounds clean. Close and convenient to all attractions and stores. The pool next to this unit's building got quite busy at times, but we spent most of our days exploring anyway. We would highly recommend this unit for your next Orlando vacation.

we stayed in the condo fro July 16- 23, 2011. It met all our expectations and were VERY happy with the location as it was centrally located to all parks. The condo was nice, and the rooms were big. I was excited about having a huge washer and dryer as I washed every night. The clubhouse and pool was right next to our condo so was VERY happy about that. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. The condo was exactly as pictured. thank you. The only negative was carpet needed cleaning, however I did realize that the condo was booked solid for 2 months

My family and I had a fantastic stay at this condo! The location was perfect, so close to everything, parks and attractions (including the convention center where I was attending a conference). The condo was so comfortable and very well maintained and the price could not be beat. Exactly as advertised! Thank you very much, we will be sure to stay again our next visit.

Excellent Orlando Rental

Rented villa for attending conference at Orange County Convention Center. About a mile walk to Convention Center - saving $10/day parking. Grocery store next door. Easy rides to restaurants along International & Universal drives. 2 miles from Sea World, 8 miles to Disney. Facilities were outstanding. Property was clean and well maintained. Full kitchen, washer/dryer, free wi-fi, tv in living room and each bedroom. New shopping center going up next to property. Strongly recommended.

The directions to the condo were very accurate, however, it is a mile to the Rosen Shingle Creek, where our Convention was held. Sometimes I didn't have time to walk back and forth, so a car is definitely needed. It was very well decorated,quite comfortable and quiet. The beds slept great! The only downside was not receiving the code to enter until just 2-3 days before we left for our trip. I was rather concerned because we were sharing with another couple and I made all of the arrangements-if we had not been able to get in, I would have felt responsible. The carpet was in need of cleaning. When I contacted the owner, he said it had been rented so much that there had not been time to clean it. We had to leave 12 hours early due to an emergency at home, and did not have time to do the check out cleaning. The owner was very accommodating. Having free wireless internet was a bonus, as both couples had businesses to keep in touch with while we were on this trip. All told, we would definitely rent again.

I just wanted to let you know that we really enjoyed your condo this past week. We were on the go just about everyday that we were there, but it was nice to come home to a nice place and get some rest each evening. It was as comfortable as being at home.

Exceptional property, close to Convention Center, yet just far enough away to keep you out of major traffic. I'm never too confident about what I'll end up with when I book a condo online, but this place is just as advertised. It's immaculate and has everything you'd need for business or pleasure. I was in Orlando for business and will bring my family back to this Vista Cay location for a vacation.

I would certainly recommend this condo to friends and colleagues. It is a beautifully dressed apartment. We were hoping for a luxury condo from the description on the website and were not disappointed. The owner responded to all questions and queries quickly and fully. We also very much appreciated the use of the pram and the cot, especially as we travelled from the UK and didn't have to bring these items over.
