  I'm almost afraid to rave too much about our stay here because I don't want it to be all booked up when I want it to be available for me again! But in all honesty the location is amazing - absolutely perfect. You can simply walk out the door and onto the beach - a nice quiet end of the beach too - you almost feel like its your very own private beach. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful too. And yet you are only blocks away from the village - we walked there easily and many times. As far as the accommodations, the apartment is very cute and especially clean, bright and sunny. One entire wall is windows which allows you to look out onto the beach and which also allows in such wonderful sunshine. The open concept kitchen/dining/living area makes for good visiting together. The appliances are modern and the kitchen very well-equipped. The whirlpool tub was quite nice, and there were plenty of towels and linens. Having the owner on property made arrival and departure very easy and also offered a sense of security and a sense of homeyness. The owner greeted us on arrival and made sure we were familiar with the area, offered maps and advice. We really didn't need anything during our stay, but I know that if we had he was only a knock on his door away. They were very friendly, but of course allowed us our privacy too. The biggest highlight to me was the beachfront location - being steps away was the best experience. We have stayed many places on the Key in the past few years and this was by far the best way to experience it. I felt the price was very affordable too, especially for this kind of location! If I had to come up with any negative... maybe a pool would have been the icing on the cake for this paradise. But honestly thats all that it was missing. And we really didn't miss it. I highly reccommend this property. I know we will return!

  My husband and I spent a week at this adorable cottage... it was just perfect in every way. Bed was so comfortable..best sleep I've had away from home! The view from our deck was georgeous ... Sitting out on the deck looking over the water was just so relaxing. An absolutely perfect location. Just a 5 minute walk to Siesta Key Village. Perfect! We are definitely planning on returning next year !

  My husband and I spent a few lovely days in this quaint beach apartment on Siesta Key and we loved it. It is truly a beach front property. We walked to the Broken Egg for breakfast each morning and enjoyed walks along the beach. So relaxing and quiet. The owners were very kind and even invited us to a party they were having for a family member. The apartment is small and I would not recommend it for more than 2 adults and 1 child. But everything we needed was there. The Jacuzzi tub was relaxing, the kitchen was fully stocked and the bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

  My husband and I just got back from Siesta Key's and stayed at this great property. It was even better than I had expected. The owner, Bill was such a great guy and eager to make sure everything was just right. The apartment was spotless and really on the beach! What a perfect location! If we go back to Siesta Key's, I would book this property again.

  My husband, 3 year old and I enjoyed our stay. I was 8 months pregnant and this was a perfect get away. The apartment has a deck with a clear view of the beach. We enjoyed eating breakfast each morning on the deck. The beach is not very wide but is private. It ended up being perfect that the beach is narrow since you did not have to haul your chairs and stuff far to get near the water. It was also nice to be able to walk back to the apartment for a restroom break or to refill your drink. The location on the island gives a perfect view of the sunset. We also enjoyed being within walking distance to the village. The owner is wonderful and very personable. We asked if there were any BBQ utensils and he said no and that it was ok to use the kitchen utensils. Later that day we found new BBQ utensils on our doorstep. I will definitely go back and stay.

  We were in such a state of disbelief, when while we were booking our next vacation at Bill and Sheilas vacation rental, we saw the negative review. We are repeat guests that just left their property last month. We have stayed in other accommodations on the key but the last few years have been spent in their wonderful units. They take such wonderful care of us and the units are absolutely beautiful. They have just finished renovations and have even sodded and landscaped the property. In addition to the unmatched view of the crystal blue waters and white sands, they have gone way beyond by even adding a wonderful shared area with bamboo sectionals and stone fire pit with lights all through the trees above. We had coffee there every morning and also sat to watch the unbelievable sunsets. There was always plenty of room for everyone and we also really enjoyed chatting with other guests from all over. We can't imagine anyone saying anything negative about the units, location or gracious owners. We can't wait to go back and are already planning our next stay during the holidays.

  We stayed at the apartment upstairs which was very old had unleveled floors, broken blinds, and a terrible mattress hard as a rock with no cover mattress either. There was a sitting area with dirty cushions, fire pit and a hammock which were occupied most of the time by the owners and their big family. We were told we couldn't use it because a big group had rented the house. Very dissapointing especially when the website tells you all these great things that you can't even use and the barbecue was so dirty it seem like it wasn't used for years. No dogs allowed?...the owners have several dogs so watch where you step in all the time. This place had junk everywhere..not a welcoming place at all. The only thing we enjoyed was the location. We won't reccomend this place!!

Over the last 10 years of business, we have had stellar feedback. We are a family owned business and take extreme pride in our product and services. We make it a point to provide our utmost attention to every detail and go beyond what most consider acceptable. Our units are kept in perfect condition and all pictures on the website are updated constantly. If you check our reviews we have never had such complaints on anything this couple has indicated as issues. This couple arrived at our unit and within a few hours were completely intoxicated. We were more than happy to allow them usage of all areas, as we do with all our guests, including our rental home on the property which we rent for $500.00 per night. This is the same area in which these guests claim were dirty and in disrepair. Do you think we could get away with that at that price point? We pride ourselves in repeat clients and also word of mouth and we have a very high percentage of both. The gentleman in the party was not denied access to any part of the property, but we were horrified when he did approach us in front of other guest with small children and asked if he could use the area, specifically the hammock to conduct himself inappropriately with his girlfriend, and then continued, in a drunken fashion, to converse with every other word being a profanity. Just to clarify, this area is a common area for all our guests and we do not restrict it to anyone.This area, is in addition to the private deck and private areas for each unit that is used only by each units guests. It did not end there, later that night when he and his girlfriend were fighting and he proceeded to take his luggage and sleep in his car. At this point we did have to ask them not to disturb our guests. As for pets on the property, we the owners reside here, as to provide the optimal service that you receive when you have management on site 24/7. Recently we spent $20,000.00 on landscaping and are extremely conscious pet owners. To allow anything to be left on the grass by a pet would pretty much defeat that purpose. In addition to vacation rentals, we do rent part of the property that is not part of the private area for these units, for weddings and receptions and I don't think guests would pay the kind of money they do with a pet waste problem.

  My husband and I stayed the week before Thanksgiving. We had an amazing, relaxing time. We stayed in the 2nd floor condo which is cute and cozy. It has everything you can think of needing and more. The owners are incredibly sweet. The beach is incredible and the sunsets are GORGEOUS! Restaurants and shops are all within walking distance. I can't say enough positive things about this place. We will definitely rent this condo again. Thank you Bill and Sheila for a wonderful time!

  My husband and I have stayed on Siesta Key before, but never at such a great location. When we drove up and literally saw the beach just a few steps from our unit, we knew we were going to have a wonderful time. We were greated by the gracious owners, who were more than helpful with checking us in and making sure that were knew where everything was and even gave us some great recommendations on nearby restaurants. FYI if you're looking for a great seafood spot, just 2 blocks away try the Lobster Pot. Great! The unit itself was even better than pictured. They have recently updated and painted the units and are absolutely wonderful. Very beachy and extremely clean. We had everything we could possibly need including beach chairs and towels. So nice not to have to purchase our own. They even have flat screen tvs in the living room and bedroom and even have free wi-fi. The location is almost too hard to discribe to acutually give the true beauty of the blue-green waters, crytal white sands and unforgettalbe sunsets. We have traveled quite exstensively and this location is by far one of the most beautiful. By morning we sat on our private deck and had our coffee watching dolphins swim by and by night there is an extra seating area on the property where we sat and watched the amazing sunsets with our glasses of wine and as evening fell we used the firepit to sit and take in the wonderful seabreeze and watched the stars in the clear skys over the beach. We can't say enough about this rental and its kind owners and can't wait for our next trip back!

  My husband and I just returned from staying here last week, I surprised him for his birthday. We have been to Siesta several times and have always stayed at the other end, so this time since it was "off" season I booked here. We were a lil nervous when we first pulled up... but when we looked @ everything it was super. Very comfortable, clean and great access to everything we needed (beach, town) everything steps away!!! Loved it!!!! The owners were very nice also. We would return and stay there again. If your looking for fancy fancy then this is not the place. It is simple and wonderful with everything you need!
