This condo was perfect. We had two couples, and we each had our own bathrooms. Garage parking was nice, and the ski locker on the first floor meant no drippy snowboards on the carpet. Kitchen had all the pots and pans you'd ever need - we broiled steaks and mashed up some potatoes real nice. Super close to gondola. Clint, the owner, was great to deal with. We would definitely stay here again!

This property was exactly what my family of 4 needed! We live only about an hour and a half away and stay at a lot of places in Keystone. This one is a great location, walking is 5 minutes to ski school for little ones, 5 minutes from the lifts and not too close to all the bars so you don't get kept up at night (but close if you want to stumble home safely) Great place for family memories.

We had the best summer vacation of our lives. We went white water rafting down the Arkansas River (Brown's Canyon), Coasted the bike trial from Vail, drove cattle at the Rusty Spurr, hiked, explored, shopped, ate & slept. This Condo is tucked off to side of River Run, so it was very quiet yet still very conveniently located. The underground parking made hauling our stuff simple. The pool was great. The Condo was very spacious. We were so busy we never watched the 3 awesome TV's or any of the movies, but I did find a great book I enjoyed. We highly recommend this property. The beds were so comfortable and plenty of room for our family of 4. We cooked almost every meal in the well equipped kitchen. Everything was very clean. We WILL be back.

Very nice condo but small living room for a two bedroom. We stayed between Christmas and New Years. Only suggestion would be to move the TV to above the fire place. It was very difficult see when sitting on the far end of the couch.

We had a great time. Clinton was great - made himself readily available for any questions/comments we had. Condo was great. Plenty of room for our 4 adults. Close walk to the slope. Very well furnished and a reasonable rate. Highly recommended!

My family and I stayed in the condo in July of 2004. Everything is available in the unit....all you have to do is supply the groceries. The week we were there was great...no one was ready to go home. I highly recommend this to anyone who is willing to take some time away to enjoy themselves. If anyone is ever there during the summer, I recommend the bike ride that takes you through Copper Mountain, it is an awesome ride.

We really enjoyed our stay. Your condo is in a great location...we walked everywhere. The pool table in the lobby was a real hit with the kids. They were able to make friends with others kids in the complex and this was a real highlight for them. Would I stay here again? YES! Thanks for memories.

This was the perfect place to begin my son's winter break. Easy walking distance to the lifts, but not in the center of the village. I could sit on the balcony, drink my morning coffee, read a book, look at the mountain, feel the sun & be happy I was not one of those people just pulling into the parking lot. Kitchen is well-equipped. Gas log fireplace was great. Pool table in lobby. My son went from the snow to the hot tub to the pool. Something about opening up their pores. Confirmed by 2 Czech gentlemen who were also staying there. We'll go back.

We had a great time at Keystone. The condo is well laid out and very comfortable. Owner supplies many extras to make you feel at home. Condo building has underground, attached parking, a real plus! Heated outdoor pool and pool table in lobby make for enjoyable after ski activities. Enjoy!

Had a great time. Love the condo and the location. Walk to the lift. Sit in the hot tub or workout in the gym. Walk for pizza or a drink, dinner. Like the heated garage and you're close to everything in summit county. Thanks Clint.

Totally AWESOME ! Quiet. Comfortable. Convenient to the Keystone River Run gondola as well as Breck and Vail (short drive). But why drive? Can't wait to stay again. Keystone Rocks!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this new condo. Came from a cramped unit at another skitown, so we were very glad to be able to spread out here. Owner has thought of everything to make you feel at home. Condo building has heated outdoor pool and pool table in lobby. If you rent skis, I would suggest storing them in condo at night cause main rental place is way too crowded around 9am. Condo is about a 5 min walk to RivRun gondola. Nice long runs at Keystone and optional night skiing. Have fun !!!
Owner response:"storing them in the condo" means in the condo's first floor ski locker, which has plenty of room and is never crowded, not inside the actual apartment.

We stayed in Clint's condo for four days in Fall 02. We had a great time. His unit is very nice and well equipped. It's close to the shops and the slopes.
