This two bedroom/one and a half bath beach house is fully furnished in the gated community of Oceanside Village. Located just south of Myrtle Beach and north of Murrells Inlet. Come and enjoy what Myrtle Beach has to offer.
The bedrooms have 1 full-sized bed, 1 queen-sized bed and we have a full sized brand new sleeper sofa in the living room. There is 1 full bath (with shower and bathtub) we also have a completely enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold running water. The kitchen has a 4 person dinette set. Also included are a toaster, blender, coffee-maker, microwave and crockpot--just like home. INTERNET AND GOLF CART NOW AVAILABLE!
There are three TV's, all hooked up to cable, both masterbedroom and living room TVs have a DVD player. There is also an AM/FM/CD player. There are also beach chairs, umbrella and skim boards.
Oceanside Village has two pools (one indoor heated and one outdoor), tennis and basketball courts, fishing ponds and many daily activities. (Check out the monthly village newsletter for daily activities.) Kids will want to bring their bikes to explore all the roads that lead everywhere. Also a brand new fitness center is now open! Enjoy the private beachfront parking and private access to the beach.
Unfortunately due to allergies we cannot allow smoking in our home. You may smoke outside.
With PRIOR approval, pets will be allowed for an additional $85.00 fee for EACH pet. 1 larger dog or 2 smaller dogs. NO CATS! Must bring sheets to cover furniture if your pet sheds and gets on the furniture. Also it is preferred that your pets are crated when you are not in the home with them.

Our stay at Beth & Jeff's beach house was truly enjoyable. The home is very clean and they have supplied everything you need to make the vacation enjoyable. The house is very close to the ocean so we enjoyed that every morning getting up and going to watch the dolphins. You will not be disappointed in your stay. We look forward to returning again next year.

We had 6 ppl and were all comfortable here. We were a block from the beach and enjoyed our evenings sitting on the covered front porch. Beth & her husband were so accomodating and we will for sure be coming back again. This was our first time to Mrytle and it was perfect! Thank you for allowing us the use of your home!

We had a wonderful time, the beach was great. Our stay was pleasant and everything was close at hand. Whether it was food, the beach, entertainment, grocery stores, fishing and the piers. We enjoyed the surroundings in the village. Everyone was friendly. The decor of the house was unique to the area with its beach theme. Beth and Jeff were always available, only a phone call away. Looking forward to returning next summer!

My husband, me and our granddaughter have stayed in this home twice and will be back again next year. Very clean, comfortable and very quiet. Close to the beach and pools. We have had great communication with the owner and have had no problems at all. I love having a hot shower outside to wash off after a day at the beach. I highly recommend this home, you just can't have our week.

My son and me have stayed at this home several times in the past. We love this home. It is one of the best in Oceanside Village because it is only a few steps to the beach. It is nice, comfortable with cable TV and DVD players. TV in all rooms. It is quiet and relaxing and most of the people we have encountered are supernice. I believe it is ideal for about anyone looking for a quite get-away and also, ideal for pet too. Will rent again

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this home. It was very close to the beach and very clean and cozy. Just the right size for our family. My favorite thing to do was sit on the front porch and relax while reading a book. We will definitely be renting again next year.

My husband, sister-in-law and I visited this home for two weeks. We really enjoyed this home. Very clean, comfortable home and close to the beach. Owners were very friendly and helpful. Just the right size for the three of us, If our health allows we will definitely be back in the future.

rodent in residence,electrical wiring scary, foot went thru floor, tv reception very snowy, carpets stained.
Owner response:The above review is an inaccurate review of our home. Jim stayed in our home for one month and never once called us with any concerns regarding any of the issues he has stated in his review. We can assure you if he had they would have been taken care of immediately. In fact, in March our refrigerator broke and we had a new one installed in our home the next day. There is no evidence of rodents in our home (i.e. chewing, mouse droppings etc.) We have a pest service that comes bimonthly to treat for insects, and they are in our home and outside of our home spraying. They have never seen any evidence of rodents near or in our home. As for the foot through the floor, if Jim did as he says "put his foot through the floor"; he would have had to have stepped with his full weight on a plastic floor vent cover which broke under his weight. We have been to our home since his stay and saw no other evidence of "holes" in our floor other than the broken vent cover over the air duct. This is the only scenario I can come up with since Jim will not reply to my email for more information on his "so called" problems in our home. The vents however, have since been replaced with metal vent covers to avoid this happening in the future. The snowy reception was due to a new DVD player that was hooked up in the living room incorrectly by a previous renter who connected a new DVD player for us during their stay. We had the carpet and home cleaned the day before Jim’s stay, and any stains he is referring to are two tiny rust spots that were unable to be removed and a small spot that a previous renter treated with an unknown carpet cleaner and bleached a small spot on the carpet. As for the electrical wiring we have had no issue with it, nor has any renter had an issue with the wiring. I would be happy to give you phone #s of previous renters so that they can tell you about our home. We love our home and want our guests to love it too! We want to assure all of our previous and prospective renters that we take care of any issues in our home as soon as possible after we are notified.

We have such a wonderful time in this charming home we reserve it for the next year as soon as we leave. It is walking distance to the beach and close to great restaurants, water park and many other family activites, It is always clean and plenty of cooking supplies.
