Newly renovated deluxe, Beach Villa 646, is steps away from the world famous Treasure Cay beach, named one of the worlds' best by National Geographic Magazine.

Creativity and relaxation were the focus of the interior renovations. Unique open floor plan provides space and furnishings for families and friends to gather and unwind.

Full kitchen, master bedroom with king bed and private bath; guest bedroom with full bed and twin bed; plus an additional office/guest room with twin bed.

Two full baths, caribbean colors, and original art found throughout the villa. Unique exterior garden spaces offer privacy and native flora.

Tennis, golf, biking near by. Fishing guides, dive and snorkeling trips can be arranged. Abaco is known throughout the world for its bone fishing.

    • After years of booking mid-winter vacations to escape from the snow on cruises and all-inclusive resorts, we have finally found complete relaxation in Abaco. Villa 646 is bright, clean, spacious and incredibly comfortable. It’s just steps from the pool, ocean, tennis courts and our favorite lunch spot, the Cocoa Beach Club. Our girls enjoyed exploring the island on a golf cart as well as swimming, snorkeling, volleyball and building sand castles with old and new friends. We never would have imagined that we could enjoy the ocean with our family and only be joined by a few others. We are already planning our next trip and look forward to stay in Villa 646. Thanks for a memorable vacation!

    • We enjoyed our second visit to your villa in February and had another amazing vacation in Treasure Cay. The villa is wonderful and so inviting with all of the conveniences of home. The pool, as always, was a hit with the family as well as the beach for sunning, shelling, relaxing and building sandcastles. Everything was perfect..weather, sunsets, golf cart rides, beach volleyball, low-tide shelling expeditions, walks on the beach, memorable times with family and friends - another great time had by all - thanks! We can't wait to go back!

    • We have been coming to Treasure Cay for years and what a treasure it is!! A couple of years ago we stumbled upon Villa 646 which we love and try to stay in each time we visit. The villa is comfortable, clean, private and surprisingly roomy. It is located a few steps from the pool, the beach, tennis and all the places you want to go. Everything is literally just a short (very short) walk away. As my kids say, Villa 646 rocks!!!! We love it.......
