Sacre Coeur 3 bedroom apartment, Paris, France. Metro: Abbesses or Anvers. This completely renovated 3 bedroom, 80 sq. meter (approximately 800 sq. ft) apartment, located in a 1930's Parisian building with a 3rd floor elevator, consists of three bedrooms, a living/dining room, a separate and fully equipped kitchen, two full baths and two balconies overlooking Sacre Coeur and its gardens. If your party only needs two bedrooms, the third bedroom can be used as a 2nd living room. As this room is adjacent to the dining area, and they are connected by double doors, leaving the doors open will transform the two rooms into a very spacious living and dining area. The two bedrooms have queen sized beds, lovely armories, oak floors and a balcony that runs the length of both rooms. The third bedroom/living room has a couch that folds out into a large double bed (with a real mattress).
In all three bedrooms and the living/ dining room there are floor-to-ceiling windows that look out at Sacre Coeur and its gardens. The white walls in the bedrooms are accentuated by color around the windows and a frieze to complement the lovely curtains. The living room, painted in warm Parisian white is inviting with beautiful light fittings and lamps. The warm lighting, fabrics and touches of color, which vary from room to room, create a warm, relaxed and inviting ambiance throughout the apartment. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, coffee maker, juice maker, etc. All of the machines are brand new and top of the line, to insure practicality and convenience. Both bathrooms are modern and designed with your comfort in mind. One bathroom has bathtub with an American shower, and the other has a large American shower, both have towels, liquid soap, hair dryer and bathrobes.

The location of the apartment was close to the Metro, Montmartre village, grocery stores, patisseries and it was an added bonus to be in the heart of the textile district. The photos in the listing description portrayed the apartment accurately. It was very comfortable and clean, had modern conveniences such as a dishwasher and washer and dryer. The two bathrooms with shower had great water pressure . We were met on our arrival and it was explained how everything worked including the appliances, the locks, the garbage. It was such a nice gesture to be also met with a bottle of wine, water, pastries and flowers. We appreciated that the toilet paper, soap, garbage bags, dishwashing detergent and clothes detergent were provided - most places do not. It was also nice that halfway through our stay our apartment was cleaned and the bedding changed. The information binder provided was very helpful and the books on Paris too. The computer and free phone calls to Canada were definitely a plus and kept us connected to our loved ones. There was someone available to us at all times in case we needed any information on restaurants, shopping, travel etc. But the most important thing is that we felt safe both in the building and in the neighborhood. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Paris.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.
