  8 of us Girlfriends spent a week in Paris, 6 of us stayed in this beautiful apartment, and the remaining 2 stayed in a very charming apartment next door. The location is excellent, about a 10 minute walk to the Pyramid (entrance to the Louvre), even shorter distance to the Louvre/Palais Royal Metro Stop. The description is totally accurate and the pictures definitely depict exactly what you are about to experience. 3 good sized bedrooms, each with its own wonderful bathroom. Huge soaking tubs, great shower features. Beds were very comfortable. Good amount of closet space and drawer space. The kitchen was very well equipped, we were able to cook in the evenings, while sipping on our wine and sampling the local cheeses. We had 5 days of excellent maid service. We used the washer/dryer in the apartment, the appliances were very well maintained and looked fairly new. It is a part of the Palais Royal, so beautiful overlooking the gardens. We wonder which dignitaries might have stayed here in our apartment?!! The arcade below provided some great window shopping, ala Stella McCartney, Marc Jacobs, etc. There is a Monoprix a few blocks away for good grocery shopping, and an all night grocer right across the street. You will be able to walk from here comfortably to the Marais, the Louvre, Notre Dame, Opera Garnier, Latin Quarter, St. Germaine, Musee d'Orsay. The weather totally cooperated, we were able to walk 8-10 miles per day. This apartment provided the best home base for our 7 day stay. It was nice to all come back to our living room and recap our day, and plan for the next. The owners were always so responsive, had great suggestions on who we could call for shuttle service to/from the airport, private tours of the Louvre, food and open air Markets, a Highlight Tour, and an elegant dinner cruise down the Seine on my Birthday. They also met us with croissants, wine, beautiful floral arrangements. We never had to worry about a thing. We felt very safe in this area. HIghly recommend this property to anyone, it was perfect for my celebration. I have been to Paris many times, always staying in Hotels before. This will be the way I travel here from now on. I was fortunate to be able to find this perfect spot. We thank you!

  I cannot say enough about this wonderful apartment. Each year our family of eight adults and two children gather to celebrate Christmas (regardless of the time of year) in a special place. This year was Paris in November. This apartment provided us with essentially three master suites with completely modern bathroom facilities. Additionally the downstairs bathroom has duel entrance from bedroom and living area a very convenient freature. It is accessed by elevator, has excellent heating and cooling and great bathrooms. (The top three things to watch for in a Paris space). With a large table with enough chairs, a fireplace to hang our stocking and huge generous coaches our family had wonderful space to share time together. The place was also so quiet we slept much later than we should have. The kitchen was great with new modern appliances, enough dishwear for everyone, even a washer and dryer and a full sized refrigerator. We've rented apartments in Paris before, but nothing compares to this one. Being able to look out of the patio onto the Palais Royal gardens, than down for a stroll in the garden and shops was truely amazing.

  We spent one week in this fabulous, very spacious apartment! We were pleasantly surprised by how helpful the assistant was giving us the walk-through of the apartment. The basket of pastries, fresh flowers and a bottle of wine were very nice to have! The couch in the living room pulls out to a queen size bed which was very convenient for our family of eight. All bathrooms are newly updated and very spacious. WiFi worked great and there is also a laptop ready to use provided with the flat. The location is perfect; quick walk to the Louvre, Metro stops, and great restaurants. I highly recommend this apartment!

  We just spent a week in this gorgeous (very spacious) apartment! We arrived to a beautiful basket of pastries, fresh flowers, and a bottle of wine! The location is ideal and very easy to get to ... close to the Louvre, Metro, quaint neighborhood restaurants, grocery store, etc. The street was extremely quiet and we felt very safe. There is a bathroom in each of the 3 bedrooms - ideal for multiple families! We even were able to have extra cots (twin size) brought in for the children. The owner was extremely accommodating and helpful with directions, restaurant recommendations, and anything else we needed (including a home visit by a doctor). We highly recommend this property - our experience was truly top notch!
