Welcome to Coops Casa. This home was built in the early 70's and completely remodeled in 2001 in authentic SouthWest décor including: Sautillo tile floors, Mexican tile countertops in kitchen an all baths, Mexican sinks, Knotty alder cabinets and much, much more.
It is in the older, and we think better, part of the county club offering a one acre lot with privacy plus panoramic views of all the mountain ranges that make Tubac a magical destination. We are not in the Bario!!! You can walk to the golf course, or to town to play golf, shop, or just play. Sitting by the pool at night gazing at the stars is an experience you will not soon forget.
For those who are new to Tubac, you will be overwhelmed by the beauty and the charm of Arizona's oldest city and its historical past as well as the vast opportunities for shopping in the artist community of Tubac. Many feel that this was, until recently, one of Arizona's best kept secrets. Now that the secret is out with the re-development and expansion of the Tubac Country Club, it may very well be one of Arizona hottest destination areas.
We are in the older Country Club area overlooking the new expansion of the golf course, but out of range of stray shots.

Weekly rates are sometimes available. Email for rates and availability.
Security deposits are $2500 for 2 persons/$3000 for 4 persons.
Landlord pays first $200 of utilities per month. Addit. costs required for pool
heating & exit cleaning. Interim cleaning services available upon request at cost.
